Questo appartamento per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da itinerari per l'ecoturismo, da oasi in cui praticare il birdwatching e da molte altre località interessanti. Un parcheggio è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 3 minuti a piedi fino a Newbury Beach o 9 minuti a piedi fino a Plum Island Beach.

Nel giardino o sul balcone di questo appartamento da 102 metri quadri, ti sentirai finalmente in pace e vivrai dei momenti di vero relax. Ma non dimenticare che qui troverai anche un braciere e un'area barbecue. Non ti va di uscire? The condo is beach front. The sunrises were amazing! The check in process was seamless. The kitchen was well stocked (good call on the plastic dishes and drinkware!). Beds were very comfy. Plenty of space for everyone. We were only there a couple of days, but will definitely go back!

We rented unit 1 with my elderly parents and 4 other adults. The unit is set up nicely with good upgrades and the view is incredible. There were some safety issues that need addressing. All three decks/patios have holes, the big one in the back is missing a spindle and if you have little ones they could fall through. The side one is leaning and the one facing the water has holes in the floor making it unsafe for my parents to walk on. The outdoor furniture is worn, wonky and not comfortable. There were no beach chairs to bring down to the beach. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to make meals. The unit was not super clean. There was still sand on the floor when we arrived. The bathrooms needed more attention, also sandy and hair. It would have been nice to have rugs as you walked in the doors to catch some of the sand. The sheets are microfiber, not quality linens. The furniture in the unit is older and also needed a good vacuuming. This could be an amazing property and we thought for the price and the one 5 star review that we were paying for that. Loved the view and the town was super cute but the property was not worth a 5 star.
