The location is absolutely superb, a short walk to the city centre, Cathedral etc.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, both before my arrival and during my visit.
Good kitchen facilities available, but I found the tap in the kitchen sink baffling at first! 😁
Only enough shower gel/shampoo for one shower, although I was staying for four days.
No housekeeping visits during my stay.
A bedside light would have been useful!

Quiet and comfy facilities. I appreciated access to a secure bike store

Location
Close to the road and traffic noise

The room itself was good, comfy bed, storage, good bathroom. The facilities in the building were good as well.
The kitchen/cleanliness of the common areas was disgusting. Piles of rubbish bags left in the hallways and kitchen, dirt on the floors. Dirty dishes and food on the counters. I didn't use the kitchen due to it being so dirty.
