La posizione ottima, l'offerta del prosecco di benvenuto anche.
L'indicazione del parcheggio non era chiara.
Manca una lampada per leggere ad uno dei due lati del letto.

Fijne locatie in oude deel van Anguillara. Nieuw, schoon. Gedeelde woonkamer en keuken faciliteiten. Koffie en thee voorradig. Vriendelijke eigenaren. En ja: mooi uitzicht op het meer!
We hadden de kleinste kamer gereserveerd. Was wat krap, maar door gedeelde huiskamer voldoende levensruimte. We miste borden in de keuken.

Die Lage ist traumhaft und das Zimmer bzw. Aprtment ist Komplet neu renoviert. Der Vermieter ist sehr höflich und hilft so gut er kann. Immer wieder gerne.

Very central location with great view and quick access to the lake shore. The facilities were shiny new and the host greeted us with a little complimentary bottle of prosecco. Definitely recommended.
The tiniest critique will go to the shower, which was a little small and didn't really allow for much movement. Other than that, no complaints!

in a good location, very central, lots of lovely restaurants with amazing food to choose from.
Great views across the lake, good sunsets, accessible for the beach and swimming.
Anguillara Sabazia is a great place to stay and the apartments were very comfortable.
Alessio was very helpful and responsive.
We felt lucky that we were the only four guests in an apartment with three double bedrooms, communal kitchen and lounge areas.
The self catering facilities (consisting of a cooker, hob and microwave) had no crockery or pans to use.
We couldn’t work out the coffee machine!

The location is fantastic, with one of the best view onthe lake. All newq and super clean. The staff very kind and flexible

The room and bathroom are quite large and pleasant with a nice view on the lake. We were offered spumante for an aperitivo in the common room!
A very little detail in the decoration that could be improved: the picture on top of the bed figures a car in front of the Grand Canyon. I would maybe put something linked with Anguillara, the lake or water at least.

Great location, in the middle of the historic centre and minutes away from the lake. Alessio the host was amazing, always available for any questions. Definitely, a place to come back.
