We were not disappointed with this booking. It was great for the price and the communication from the property manager was excellent and made for a very smooth visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a older, simple condo in a well kept building. The location is outstanding. The beds were very comfortable. It is just as it appears in the pictures. The owner was quick to communicate. Location is on the beach and the building has a great pool. Good dining nearby. On a free trolley route. You should know that parking everywhere on Miami Beach is limited and expensive. Utilizing lyft/uber, the trolley,
walking and city bicycles are all available and would be cheaper if you stay in the Miami beach area. A city sidewalk runs parallel to the beach, I walked that everyday.
My only complaints are things outside the control of the condo owner and with the property management company . Over all they are still not deal breakers for me. There was a lack of enforcement of rules, such as smoking around lobby doors. The lobby frequently smelled like smoke. Also all the fees that the mgnt company charges seemed excessive but they are consistent with what others are charging.
If you are looking for a reasonable priced place to stay on Miami Beach that is clean and comfortable,I recommend this place and would stay here again.
