Divino Suites

Our Divino Suites accommodation was excellent! From booking our stay to check out, it was seamless! Anna our host was extremely accommodating and very helpful with booking our pick up and drop off from the airport to suggesting places to eat and visit. The cleanliness was very good - rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels and linens. Any questions we had were always answered quiclky. The location was walking distance to everything from restaurants to shops, bus stops etc. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Divino Suites!

Everything was great!

The property was close to main restaurants and shops in Fira, it wasn't too inaccessible by car (compared to other properties we saw while there) and it had all the main amenities we required. It was really peaceful despite being close to the main strip on foot, which was super positive. The hot tub was warm and the balcony felt private while still having a nice view. The price was reasonable for what we got, and there were lots of friendly cats nearby. Our sheets and towels were changed every day which was also great and we were given additional bedding.

There were small issues with the property, mostly to do with the bathroom - nothing major and probably easily fixable, our shower kept overflowing and the light in the bathroom wouldn't work. The sofa was grand as a sofa, but felt quite uncomfortable otherwise and I don't think would have worked for someone to sleep on - we didn't have this issue at all with the actual bed though, and we didn't require the sofa bed so that didn't bother us, but just to note for anyone who would be planning to use it.

Should have welcome pack including WiFi password. More teabags and even some milk should be included in welcome pack. I used to work for a property management company in Cornwall so I know what standards should be expected. The doorknobs to the cupboard underneath the television are missing so it lets the property down. And how does one even operate the television. Again instruction are needed. Air con. No instruction on how ro operate. Little niggles that can be easily remedied. Overall tho there is nothing wrong that cant be fixed. It is clean, it is maintained to a standard and Anna is very friendly and hospitable. Fira is mad, but if u like bars, nightlife and McDonalds then this is rhe place. I loved the sunsets, magnificent caldera views and my level of fitness improved with all those hills. Glad I did visit. Recommend u take a torch to use at night. Good experience overall.
