Lovely location in the heart of the town.
I visited in a cold snap and it was almost impossible to heat up . Only dressing one if the single beds as I was a solo occupant seemed a bit petty.

Loved the big king size bed. Excellent location just off the square with a great pub close by. Good to get away from the school holiday madness windimere and Ambleside but still be accessible to the Lake District scenery.

Spotless clean, milk and hot drinks available on arrival, plenty of towels, good shower, very large comfortable bed, blackout blinds and curtains in the bedroom, had what we needed for a week away.
Could have done with a dustpan and brush or compact vacuum so we could clean up after ourselves, missed an outdoor seating area with the weather being so nice but we were aware there wasn't any when we booked it.

Perfect for a lone traveller (would be a bit cosy for two!), good facilities and ideal location.
Lighting in hallway reacts too late on entry (have to walk in the dark for a bit) and apartment could do with a freezer.

really good location, close to the square, communication from the owner second to none.

It was a lovely little village with two great pubs and other amenities available. Plenty of parking available. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals.
It said ground floor apartment which was true however it did have steps up into the building to reach the apartment. I have some mobility difficulties at times so it would have been useful to know.

Flat has everything needed, including good wi-fi. Excellent bathroom. Plenty of room for storage. Village is quiet.
Kitchen area is a little on the compact size, but has everything necessary (though no freezer compatment in fridge). I needed help to work out how to operate the induction hob, but Joanne came straight over to show me (an instruction sheet, also one for the TV, would be helpful)
