We had an absolutely wonderful few days in Wales, motorcycle touring, and this house was ideal. Centrally located for surrounding countryside highlights, a co-op shop in the nearby town of Llanidloes. The house is wonderful - a great balance of homely and modern with bright, airy and spacious rooms. The patio overlooks trees, hills and a wildflower meadow, and the only sounds you hear are birds, insects, and distant sheep. I've rarely slept so peacefully. The owners are welcoming and involved and active farmers - very interesting to chat to about a lifestyle and important food producing activity that is too often taken for granted.

Having to leave. I was genuinely sad to depart.

The location was perfect for our needs. Lovely and quiet and easy to find. Nice off road parking and extremely safe. One of our hosts popped in to see that we were completely comfortable, this was a nice touch and very much appreciated. The hosts had supplied bread, eggs, milk, butter, tea bags and coffee, this was unbelievably kind of them.

Everything was super. Nothing to not like.

This accommodation was as good as it gets. From the very warm welcome and welcome pack to the beautifully furnished house with absolutely all of the facilities you could need. House quiet and warm. Great friendly and helpful hosts.

Nothing.

Cwmfron house was the perfect stay for a week in Mid Wales: amazing location, facilities and equipment but, above all, the best part of this house are the owners! They gave us a very warm welcome and it was very easy to check-in. They made us feel like at home :)

Nothing to improve in particular! Maybe the internet connection is not the fastest in the world, but it was reliable enough to be doing home office for a week! Being in that remote valley means "sacrificing" a bit these commodities from big cities, but I would repeat with no doubt
