Beautiful Property! Close to amazing winery with BEST food and atmosphere, Knapp! Thank you Derek, for being so accommodating!

Our family just spent a long weekend in this house and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect for wine tours and everything you need is close at hand. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and spacious so everyone had space to relax. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms are a good size and all the bathrooms and showers were great. The lake view is magnificent and we loved sitting out on the Adirondack chairs watching the sunrise. We are already talking about coming back.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. The house is huge and has every amenity you could want. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom showers are fantastic. But nothing can top the view from this house - it is fabulous! There are so many outdoor spaces for relaxing. Derek was a great host and responded to all of our inquiries instantly. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great time visiting the Finger Lakes Region for the first time. Derek was great with his communication and the house was awesome. We visited the local wineries, cooked out, played games and just visited. We cannot wait to do it again!!

We stayed with four couples while exploring the Finger Lakes. The property is right on the lake with dock seating as well as three other outside areas along the lakefront It is centrally located which gave us easy access to Ithaca, taughannock falls and Watkins glen. Nice screened porch. Kitchen good for those who want to cook at home. Some small things would help but the property was just sold in July so would expect those to happen in the off season.

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our first visit to the Finger Lakes.The property is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 4 couples.You are a short distance from wineries,breweries and state parks.Thehouse has many outdoor areas with ample seating.We had a problem with one of the showers and Derek responded quickly .Everything was better than we expected and we hope to come back again.

The two best parts of this house were the view and Derek, the property manager. This is apparently a new investment for the owner (who definitely has his hands full, with this property. I won’t get in to the very fixable issues (there are many, which most would not prevent us from renting again,) but the “deal breaker” would be the HVAC system. The upstairs (where the King suite, kitchen, Family room, etc are located,) is often freezing to the point that the fireplace needs to remain on, to be at a comfortable temperature. The ladies that stayed in the king suite didn’t take showers in said bathroom as it was simply too cold. The lower level (the balance of the bedrooms) are uncomfortably warm for sleeping. We didn’t feel any air or fans within the system, and opening windows when it’s a muggy 60 degrees, wasn’t a good idea. There were five of us (all 55+ women) and cleanliness is of particular importance to us. The lake side of the property needed a major power wash and the furniture was unusable as the cushions were rain-soaked (it rained for 3 of our 4 days.) The kitchen includes high-end appliances and lots of room for food storage. The 2-sided fireplace was definitely an asset. The home is large and can accommodate several more people. The view of the lake is spectacular. Again, Derek was absolutely terrific. Always quick to respond and such a nice guy, making things (our issues,) better.

We have stayed at multiple lakeside properties and this by far is the BEST! You will want for nothing. Everything you need at your fingertips. Beautiful home with unbelievable views. Communication with Derek and Kelly was superb. Definitely returning to this lovely home.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property, and felt we had Cayuga Lake to ourselves. There are several hundred feet of private lakefront, the house to the south is shrouded in trees, and the lot to the north contains only walkways for a nearby winery and brewery (which you should walk over and check out!). The view across Cayuga to its eastern shore is wide and magnificent, and it can be enjoyed not only from the house, but from its deck, two seating areas around fire pits, another covered with an attractive post and beam shelter at the waterside, and its wide and beautiful dock. We paddled, swam, watched our little ones play on the beach, and explored the gorgeous surrounding countryside by car and on foot. We enjoyed every day of our stay.

The location right on the lake is wonderful! The house is located across the street from Goose watch winery., who could ask for more! We enjoyed the dock, both wood and gas fire pits and all water crafts. The kitchen is stocked with everything.! The beds are comfortable and the house is very spacious! The grill was outstanding! Derek was very quick to respond to all questions. The only concern would be windows could have been cleaner to see lake and several cobwebs in and outside. This would not deter us from returning, just something to work on.

Best spot on Cayuga Lake…will be back next year…

This house and property were amazing. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out and enjoy the sun and the AC. The kayaks, water mat, and pool table were great additions, and the location right in the middle of the wine trail was excellent. We rented a pontoon boat, visited the local falls, chartered a fishing trip, ate at a couple close establishments, and took one day to visit Niagara Falls. Waking up and ending the day on a lake property with a beautiful view like this was so rejuvenating. Communication with Derek was easy. He was always quick to answer and very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

House was open and bright with large windows overlooking the lake. The location was great and the water frontage inviting and quiet. Host was very accommodating and readily available to address any questions we had.

We had such a great vacation here! The house is amazing! Not only are the views spectacular but the house is spacious and comfortable. We fished and swam off the dock, took the boats out, made s’mores in the fire pit, and soaked in the beauty of the lake. It was also very easy communicating with the host. We will definitely be back!

The house is pretty awesome!! The only critique I have is it gets hot in the house during the day and early evening. The house has so many windows and skylights on the roof that it's hard to keep cool until the sun goes down. The downstairs where the bedrooms are gets pretty hot as well. I also think a outside power washing of the house and outside furniture would be good too.
