The property manager was very fast to respond when we had an issue with one of the baby gates. This place is good if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time here. The sofa is very uncomfortable and we couldn't get it to stay together at all. There were 2 pots, 2 pans and 1 xl pot, so cooking was a bit tricky. We stayed here with our daughter and her family and our son and dil stayed close by. While there was enough seating for everyone, it just wasn't comfortable. Again, the place was nice, and it was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom, so if you plan to explore Nashville and not spend a lot of time here, it's perfect for you!

Great stay. The house was as described. Great size, accomodated me and my group of friends really well. The house is in a redeveloped area, so you have a mix of older homes with newly developed housing. We felt safe during our stay. We used the kitchen and it was fully stocked with all the essentials, (everything you need to cook and serve a meal). Very nice coffee bar if you are a coffee drinker. The rooftop was an added bonus, absolutely beautiful at night. We did not have to travel far at all to get to our planned activities in the Gulch . Overall, we were pleased with this house.

The townhouse matched its description perfectly. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive. Parking was also plentiful and garage was nice to have.
We had 8 adults and plenty of room. The townhouse was new and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooftop area had a great view of the city lights and was a fun area to pregame your night on the town.
It was easy to grab an Uber or Lyft to anywhere you wanted to go.
If you plan on cooking, the kitchen utensils are pretty sparse, but don't worry...everywhere delivers to the convenient location!
