Excellent place to stay when visiting Fred! Perfect location. Bed was so comfortable!

Excellent location, very comfortable, would highly recommend staying here

The host was quick to respond during our stay. The home was clean, as described and the perfect fit for our family of four. We enjoyed the close proximity to Main St. for food and shopping.

The location was great, but overall our stay was just okay. There were several maintenance issues, including broken drapes in one bedroom, shower tiles falling off, and a shower door that slammed into the top frame when closed, making it feel like it might shatter. Overall, the construction and finishes felt a bit shoddy. We were also unable to enjoy the hot tub because the mosquito problem was so severe. We messaged the host to ask if the area could be treated or fogged but never received a response. The street noise mentioned in other reviews is definitely an issue, so bring earplugs or a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. The step down into the main bedroom is also easy to miss-everyone in our group tripped on it at least once.A few simple improvements would make a big difference. Additional mirrors or vanity areas would help since there is only one bathroom, and more seating would make the space more comfortable. The kitchen is also very sparsely equipped if you plan to cook.Overall, the property was fine but not great. With better maintenance, communication, and a few guest-focused upgrades, it could provide a much better experience.
