Location was very near the dropping point of private buses ie Hopes college. Since it was walkable it was so convenient to reach the place in that early morning dark. Also it was located near so many girls hostels which was the prime purpose to take admission for my daughter. Parents can opt for this for a budget stay in case their daughters are staying in hostels of peelamedu. Providing breakfast on payable basis is an added advantage. Room service also available.
Being budget stay nothing to comment

Staffs approach and response was good.
Affordable cost.
Room size is small and some more facilities can be added.

Peaceful and pleasant stay. Location is nearer to all important institutions, but in very narrow lane.
Open Car parking available.
Restaurant not available. Bit costlier for the available facilities
