Reception staff were wonderfully courteous and very helpful. If I am not mistaken, her name is Ms. Cassandra who suggested the many makan places around the hotel. The housekeeping staff kept the room by neat and tidy.
The bathroom facility is a bit run down. Guess it’s about time to do some renovation.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's walking distance to all the famous recommended shops, restaurants etc. There are ample elevators in the hotel, altogether 5, so no waiting for ages to get to any floor.
The breakfast food options should be improved.
