It was well presented with nice sized, clean rooms. The welcome food & drinks welcome pack were a lovely touch, and very much appreciated (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, crisps & biscuits).
The parking was street parking and no spaces became available, over the weekend. The free parking wasn’t clear on booking.com and we had a disabled guest.
The downstairs bathroom was out of action and there was an unpleasant smell in the en-suite main 1st floor bedroom.

Great property, great location, tram within walking distance that can get you anywhere you need to go. The Gynn pub is great too for a family meal.

excellent place to stay for a group of friends visiting a music festival in Blackpool. 20 mins walk to the tower or use nearby tram stop. Kitchen, lounge, dining room, outside space and plenty of bathrooms/showers.
