Lovely views and there was plenty of space for the 12 people in our group. It didn't feel crowded because there were 3 floors of living space. Everyone had their own bed/were a couple. nice large kitchen for our thanksgiving meal. There were a few games that we played from the closet. The fireplace was nice, and most rooms had their own thermostat for the heater.

There was a keypad with a code to check in. The location of the door with the keypad was difficult to find (not the front door). There were not instructions to find the keypad, and it appeared the keypad's batteries were almost dead because it was difficult to enter the code. Many things needed repair-- the over head lights in master bathroom and bedroom, stove top randomly turned on, patio door in master bedroom did not lock, some screen doors were broken, etc. Hot water takes a while to heat up.
