Wonderful home for a family stay, enjoyed area beaches and restaurants. Everything we could of needed was there to use!

Jen is an amazing host and we had the most amazing stay! Her home is beautiful and the backyard was perfect for our group! Communication with Jen was seamless and we had the most amazing time! So grateful she shared her home with us!

We found this nice house that was able to accommodate our large family. It has all the amenities that you would ever need and they had a large yard for our dog to run around. We had a great vacation.

An older, but cute Cape rental, which was very overpriced IMO. The basement was completely unusable as I couldn't make it down the stairs without gagging from the musty/mildew/damp smell. The owner said she was going to do some remediation on that, but for our stay, we couldn't make use of that space at all. The entire upstairs smelled heavily of marijuana, and it is supposed to be a smoke-free place. So upstairs and downstairs smelled bad. There were LOADS of spiders to the point where every single night I killed 1-3 in the bedroom I slept in, and woke up after the first night with a very bad bite that I had to seek urgent care and go on antibiotics for. I don't know if they are coming through the windows (AC units) or what, but they need to look into sealing things. There is shrubbery right up against one of the bedroom windows (which I kept closed), which might be contributing to the problem. The kitchen was well-stocked, but we had to run dishes through the dishwasher before using them because they were dirty. There were lots of price tags/hair ties/dust bunnies under the beds showing that they haven't been swept/vacuumed for a while. Cleanliness was a 2.5-3 / 5.The living room was the best space for us to enjoy, though there were tons of bugs (spiders, silverfish (twice), many flies, some kind of beatle). We were very careful to not leave the door open for long when entering/exiting, so we weren't letting bugs in. The host was kind, but I wouldn't stay here again.
