The location was great easy acces to the midosuji line 2 stops from the shinkansen and 1 stop from umeda lots of great choices. Nice area around the place with a good amount of restaurants. An awesome chicken ramen shop and there was a fantastic sushi izakaya close by. The place was clean and had cold AC. The fridge kept everything ice cold as well. The person who was running the communications through booking was fantastic. We got to osaka after a rough travel day and they were able to let us check in a little early.
For the price we got the room at not much to complain about. I mean some of the walls were scuffed but nothing crazy.

It was great to get the email with links to two very short videos that showed how to get into the lockbox and how to enter the building. What a great system, and so easy.
There was nothing wrong with the apartment or my stay at Maison Milano Nakatsu Apartment. It was recommended to me by relatives who have stayed there a few times, and I would definitely recommend it to travelers who are looking to stay in that area of Osaka.

Staff erano gentili e disponibili. E poi vicino il metro Nakatsu e comodissimo a spostare. Sicuramente consiglia a tutti!

Location, very close to subway sration
Beds. Two oslf us as couple needed a two people bed. Not two seperated single beds. The bathroom shelf and sink were tilted and veey uncomforrable and not safe to use. Dryer in the coin laundry was so weak that running it twice ddn't dry most of clothes.
