Excellent location, spotless and comfy room, and outstanding service overall. The staff are lovely, professional, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Pete, Chiara, Jasmine, and the team for their wonderful hospitality, great assistance with tours and transfers, and the lovely birthday surprise.

Pete and Long answered all our dumb tourist questions and booked our airport ride with zero stress. Rooms are bright and super clean. Unbeatable location. We literally walked everywhere—Temple of Literature, local markets, you name it. Breakfast has a great mix of Western stuff and local food. The chicken pho is a must-try.

The lobby was much bigger than we expected and had a nice, friendly feel to it. The staff were incredibly helpful, and Ngoc in particular helped us work out quite a bit of our Vietnam trip, which saved us a lot of time. Our room was always clean and the aircon worked perfectly, so coming back after a hot day was a relief. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and we really enjoyed the noodle station. The hotel was also in a convenient spot, with Hoan Kiem lake an easy walk away.
