Clean and modern everything you could need .
Not ideal if your older I had my 70 year old dad with me and all the stairs were a killer but probably my negligence .

Clean, a 2 night stay was ok but any longer would have been a bit cramped.
Bedroom furniture could be better arranged to make more space e.g. tv mounted on wall, then loose unecessary cupboards. Bathroom no shelf to put toiletries. Dining room remove cupboard so more space around the table. Back garden is shabby. Attention to detail e.g. bathroom taps ugly & old, hot tap wobbly. One bedside light was unplugged, we had to move a heavy bed to get to the socket. Bathroom windowfilm dirty & peeling off. Shame as the finishing touches could make the difference between ok and really lovely.

Location was perfect. Sitting room comfy. Wifi worked. Lots of hot water for my bath
Garden was not as expected, dustbins in the garden full of old rubbish. Blind broken in kitchen. Dirty kitchen. No hoover or broom to tidy up or cleaning products. Only about a quarter of a toilet roll provided. Quite a few sharp tacks poking through the carpet on the stairs. Uncomfortable mattresses.
