Good location for Cromer.

Excellent location for exploring. So near to the coast for a leisurely walk into Cromer. Very adequate Chalet with everything you could want. Would love to visit again in the not too distant future.
Bedrooms are a little tight for room, but thi sis not a complaint. Suited us for how little time we spent in the Chalet .... more than happy.

Location was good , nice views, quiet and and family friendly
Wasn’t told about the electric meter being pound coins, floor was coming up in places and not laid properly, extractor fan was dirty, portable fans were dirty, no laundry bags to put bedding in as stated in welcome pack to use, mattress cover stained when we took bedding off when we left.

This chalet was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in and I've been coming to Kings Chalet Park since I was child.
The only thing I struggled with was the 9am check out. It was the first time I'd been away with both my children on my own and it was a bit of a mad dash getting out but we made it. Everything else was perfect.

Nothing really .If we want to be picky the steps at the door were/could be problem for the elderly.

The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach so it’s very very close and also there was no noise in the neighbour hood . The people are very friendly
No mention of having to use £1 for electricity

Very pleasant elevated position on the site. just 1km walk from town centre.
Adequate accommodation. Nice to be left milk, tea bags & croissants and useful things like foil & cling film.
very small bedrooms. lack of mirrors in bedrooms. i would not like to be there with 4 people.

no breakfast as self catering.UNEXPECTED WELCOME PACK ON ARRIVAL WHICH WAS A LOVELY TOUCH.

The location was perfect. Staff were friendly.
Had trouble getting into the lock box and we weren't the only ones. I clean for a living and when I read the welcome letter said you had to clean the property,strip the beds and put the rubbish out. What do the cleaners do I've done there job for them. The throw on the bed was covered in dog hair and bits of grass so was not checked just folded.

Fairly close to Cromer. Quiet chalet park. Exceptionally clean and very welcoming.
9 am checkout was a bit brutal. Bedrooms have almost no space for anything except the beds.

Great location, just through a gate to a large park which was great for our dog and just over that and your on the front, didn’t take long to get into cromer
Nothing about the place but it’s dark walking back at night so best take a torch

The bed linen and towels were very old and the room is a little cramped

Chalet was lovely, well equipped and clean.

Close to some nice walks and the sea was just over the field.
