great location, wonderful garden and excellent host

Very lovely room with small pleasant details, friendly staff, convenient location. I liked very much. I came late in the night and could easily get a key, the same for early check out. There is also tea available for guests

Comfortable beds
The room was quite simple, with the bathroom and toilet only separated from the bed by a crystal wall in the middle of the room, which gives you next to no privacy. There was no elevator either, so careful of you carry luggage!

There was no free breakfast, i mostly left the place early morning for work so don't know if they even had food in premises. The rooms were very clean and sheets and towels were changed regularly. Staff was very prompt and all ears to my requests.
I had a attic room, which for a 6ft+ person like me is not so good, and i didn't bump my head a lot especially around the bed and shower. The wifi was the only terrible thing, such slow wifi these days in a major city is just not acceptable.

hourse was not ready for guests yet, they were in the process of redecoration - no room service - no personnel - no coffee - no breakfast - they refuse to send me an invoice for my bookkeeping
