My stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant, supported by consistently high standards of cleanliness and service. The rooms were neat, well‑maintained, and cleaned daily by housekeeping, with all essential amenities provided and replenished as needed. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and demonstrated strong customer service throughout my stay. They were attentive, responsive to queries, and quick to assist with any requests, which added greatly to the overall experience. The hotel’s central location is a major advantage. It is conveniently situated near SM Megamall and The Podium, providing easy access to shopping centres, dining options and transportation. This made moving around the area very convenient. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, service quality and strategic location makes this hotel a reliable and comfortable choice for travellers.

My overall experience at the hotel was very good. The service, cleanliness and location were all commendable. However, I did notice a consistent sand or cement ‑ like smell in the room and around the lobby area. While the smell was not strong or overpowering, it was noticeable each time I entered the hotel. Aside from this, the stay was comfortable and the hotel delivered well on its core services.

You can’t beat the location. A three-min walk to SM Megamall and Shangrila. The room is a reminder of a top notch hotels I stayed before-decent size and big bathroom. And with good food choices at their breakfast buffet.

The hotel building from the looks of it has a good layout that if upgraded/renovated they can make more profit, as the building needs a good upgrade and maintenance as the wallpapers are literally peeling off the walls; baseboards are crumbling; some tile on the floors are coming off; carpet needs to be upgraded.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Spacious room and cozy lighting. Clean bathroom. Great, accessible location.

It was clean and staff were great.

They room AC was leaking, I should have reported it or changed my room but I was very busy and thought they might fix it. It never got fixed in the 5 days I stayed.
