내빈을 모시기 위해 이용했습니다. 시설 깔끔하고, 위치가 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다. 가격 또한 적정 하며, 내빈대접에 충분한 조식이 제공 되어 편안한 마음으로 예약후, 내빈께 제공해드렸습니다. 비슷한 상황에서 또 이용하고 싶은 호텔 입니다.

예약 후 사전결제가 가능하면 더 편리하지 않을까 생각해봅니다.

Comfortable beds great staff and great location in city centre

No sugar and milk in room for coffee and room a bit too hot

We liked our breakfast buffet and thought the staff were really helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Keep in mind that you will need a taxi if coming from Ulsan station rather than Taehwagang Station. There are buses available, but we didn't use them due to taxis being the quicker option. So many amenities are a walking distance away, and you are not far from the intercity bus terminal, which we used to go to Gyeongju. We will definitely stay here again.

We couldn't figure out the temperature control, but we didn't ask the staff for help since we were only staying for two nights.

Very clean and comfortable room. Check in staff was very informative and speaks English well, communication was not an issue.

Parking is very limited if you return to the hotel late at night. The hotel staff does have someone on standby to redirect you to an alternative carpark should the hotel carpark be full.

There was an odd salty smell in my room

It is very complicated to reduce or even to extend the stay. The reception told me to contact the travel agency. In order to extend I should make a new reservation but they can not ensure to get the same room even enough rooms are available. It is easier to change the hotel than to extend the stay.
