Good position and great views
Keys not in box when we arrived leading to unnecessary phone calls and delays.. Property run down. Biggest problems were nowhere to plug in the heater on a cold weekend and general lack of power points in convenient locations for charging devices. Broken couch back. No path to front door which made access difficult for senior citizens.

The views were great. The layout was good and the bed comfortable.
Generally externally the property was shabby the bbq was dirty. The balcony which offers amazing views was dirty and furniture uninviting. The building is a little tired and just needs a bit of a spruce up.

Great location. Comfortable beds and great size for our family.
BBQ was very rusty so we didn’t use it. Needed better heating it was very cold

The view was spectacular. The weather wasn't great, so we were happy to spend a lot of time in the apartment, just enjoying the beach and village from the window. Lovely open living/ dining /kitchen/balcony area with a whole wall of windows.
Plumbing was a bit noisy, paint peeling off ceiling in some areas. Bedside lights would be good in the twin room.

Location and size of the unit
The unit was quite dirty,
Dirty, broken chairs & rusty fan
Mould inside and out on the deck
If cleaning contractors are used they definitely need to be replaced
Overall the unit (& yard)need some serious TLC
On the plus side it is roomy & in a good position
The jug also unusable as it tripped the circuit breaker therefore no power points (so boiling water in saucepan), I sent msg to mobile found in the information folder to advise & request a replacement jug, NO RESPONSE

Fantastic location & beautiful views. Plenty of nature walks & beautiful beaches to explore.
It wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. There were no cleaning products provided and bare minimum of everything (soap, dish washing liquid etc). No extra blankets in case you were cold. House needs Some TLC.

Great location, spectacular views. Friendly kangaroos visit everyday. Short drive to Coffs Harbour and Moonee Market. Emerald Beach did not disappoint.

The location was great. The views from the balcony second to none. The house was pretty ordinary but made up for by the views and location.
The ceiling were in need of a paint. The house was pretty ordinary - not aesthetically pleasing. The floors were are little dirty but not bad.
