We arrived very late in the evening and the host was there to meet us and show us around the property. The accommodation was modern with everything you needed. The property was away from the road, so was nice and quite. There is a restaurant about 200m but they only serve lunch between 12:00 and 14:00 but do continue to serve drinks. There are other restaurants and bars about 15 to 20 minute walk away.If we return to Caen, we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. From the friendliness of the hosts to the comfort of the apartment and the serenity of the garden, it was a truly wonderful experience. There's much more shade in the garden than shown in the photos, which made staying here in July that much more comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of free on-street parking, and it's just a short walk to the nearest bus or tram stops. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bath, and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were so kind and easy to reach, and they made us (and our pets) feel very welcome. :) If we come back through Caen, I would seek to stay here again.
