We had a quick anniversary getaway, this place was exactly what we both needed spent most of our time in the hot tub!! Very very relaxing the cabin was clean and cozy, we felt right at home!!! We definitely be coming back!

We loved the property and stay. The only thing was emailing or texting property management and response, limited returns on Q&A. I have VRBOed many times before, talked with managers before and during visits. Need a better response with needs.

We had a great time there. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The bed is super comfy; I felt like I was on a cloud. Great location, not a long drive to shopping and activities.

It was very cozy and loved the location ...the hot tub was very relaxing ...I think the only thing that was odd was there was no coffee or condiments in the cabin...but luckily the store wasn't to far to go grab some.....will definitely consider staying again....

We enjoyed our stay at the FarmHouse Retreat Cabin! Very clean, peaceful and quiet location. Communication with Terry Ivie was great! We will book again when we are in Broken Bow.

This place checks all the boxes - instead of staying in a hotel, I chose this place instead for a stay in the area for a couple of nights. Was comfortable, open and clean! Will definitely see if it’s available next time I’m in the area.

Spent the weekend here for a quick getaway. The cabin was beautiful and well taken care of. Very spacious. The bed was plush and comfortable although did dip toward middle. The property was relatively easy to get to. When you turn on sweet home, the entrance to the road is not well marked. It’s the first right turn. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet area, even with the cabins around us it was pretty quiet. We enjoyed some of the games provided- hadn’t played bop-it in years and had lots of laughs. The property is close to the main road so it was very easy to get in and out to go to downtown broken bow and hochatown. Lots of good eats within 10-15 minute drive.

Very nice place and very clean! There were a couple of minor issues I had while staying here. First issue was getting a response from the property manager about our pet fee because it was not included in the amount when I booked. I messaged her two days before our arrival about her sending me the pet request and how to pay the fee because I had to cancel my card that I had previously booked the property with. Check in was at 3 and at 8 that evening she tried to charge my canceled card. I messaged her stating that the original card had been canceled and I still have not received a response back or a way to pay the pet fee. 2nd issue was that the street sign was still missing, so in the address instructions it needs to be said that it is the first gravel road on the right after you turn onto the road Sweet Home. Also, when we arrived there were no batteries in the living room remote so my husband had to leave and go buy some and then the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it ruined my daughters swimsuit. It turned it from blue to a blue/grey color. Probably my biggest issue was that the only bedroom with an actual bed had a broken mattress support board. So the mattress sunk in the middle and my husband and I rolled into each other both nights. After all of these minor issues, I would still rent this place again as long as the bed was fixed because it really is a nice place.

Had a small issue at checkin, but the owner was easily reached and was very helpful. Cabin was well taken care of and we really enjoyed our stay. We absolutely will be staying here when we come back.

It was perfect for me my husband and our small dog! The property is closer than we thought, we went to far at first. When you turn off sweet home road it’s the gravel road right the the right. The fire place was tricky we had to turn the knob on the actual fire place to get it going. The hot tub was set on sleep mode so just be sure to read the instructions on the fridge and follow those. Was perfect distance to grocery store and to Hochatown. Enjoyed our stay. Did have close neighbors next door on both sides

The property had been sold! We were left stranded for Thanksgiving. You could not find us another cabin nor a hotel which could keep all our food cold. We had to turn around and go home. Wasted gas for 8 hours of driving and a day off work. And to top it all off, we had to argue with your support about getting compensation. Still waiting!!!!

The cabin looks just like the pictures. It’s clean, everything worked, and it was close the all the activity we wanted to do while we were there! Definitely would recommend to someone

The cabin is beautiful! Communication with manager is not a quick turn around. We had difficulty finding the cabin. Later we were told someone keeps stealing the street signs. Directions for the fireplace were a little confusing. The trees were lovely. We enjoyed the location.

My wife and I spent our anniversary at this farmhouse cabin and it was exactly as described! Very clean and comfortable. We will stay at this cabinnn again.

Cancelled trip due to health reasons. Inspite of calling VRBO for cancelation and refund have been kicked back and forth between property owner and vrbo. $1600 wasted without staying at the property.
