The room was dirty. There were empty plastic drink bottles in the tv cabinet. Dirty floors and carpet. Dirt on comforter. Food under the bed. Trashed lampshades in the room. Broken ice machine. Constantly small misbehaving children in the hot tub which is 18 and older. Ceiling tiles falling down in vestibule. Vomit in the elevator. Our room was never serviced or given clean towels. Trash all over the parking lot. Pot smoking everywhere outside.

Good place but you have to pay for your breakfast. We chose to go to McDonald’s!

The room was dirty. Near fridge full of dust an trash .. room 231. Pantys were left in the unworking safe. The ice machine on our floor didn't work ended up lost looking for another. Also charged my card the morning of when I selected pay at hotel. Guaranteed with a card an intended on using another.

Room was not as described on Hotel.com. The first room had a broken thermostat and did not have pool access as described on the site. We were placed in a second room and we still didn't have the room as described. The tv was broken until we repaired it and the furniture was very worn out.

I live 20 minutes away from this hotel. The only reason I booked a stay is because I've been having severe neck pain and I needed to use the indoor hot tub as therapy. Upon check in, I was informed that the entire pool area was having filter issues and that it would be closed until further notice. I was not able to get a refund or a rain check even though Hotels.com was unaware of this issue. I should get a free stay somewhere else that has a working hot tub, especially since this was the only reason I booked a hotel 20 minutes away from my house.

The only thing is the elevator that reaches the pool. The 4th floor was not in service. From there my room was a long walk to the pool outside of that everything was perfect.

I took a 4.5 hour drive for an event that evening. My check in was at 4pm. Front desk was unable to check me in until almost 6pm, even though the room was already paid for. They said the room was “available” but we could not go in yet due to house keeping. I barely had any time to get ready for the event, and had to rush even though I was at the hotel on time where they had “guaranteed” check in by 4pm. They offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. When we finally got into the room, there were no bags in the trash cans. The next morning, when we came downstairs for breakfast, I noticed a bug in my drink. I was completely over it at that point. I had a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is the only plus about this place, minus some of them walking around frantic. The pool area is very over crowed, the jacuzzi has a sign posted that clearly says 18 and over but the kids are in there with adults and without. Children and teenagers running all over the building for hours, guest fighting at the pool which caused the staff to shut down the pool almost two hours before it was to close, bathroom has mold all in the shower, shower curtains smell mildew, not enough towles for the room, shower draining very slow as well as the bathroom sink, bedroom smell like dirty carpet, walls so thin you can hear people having sex, kids screaming, arguments and all. Guest in the lounge/Bar area with only swimsuits on. Guest overly packed in the rooms. Seen 10 guest staying in one room, went to the lounge/bar only to change my mind because of the guest arguing at the check-in area. Nothing was being done about the kids running around the building. All I can say is if your looking for a nice place to take you family or spouse this is NOT the place. Not to mention how unsafe it 8s here, people looking in your windows checking your door handles. This is not a safe place

The rooms were not clean and to much noise at night and restaurant was not open

Wasn’t to the standard that I’m used to at double tree. Pool was out of service 2 out of 3 days of our stay. Our search criteria was pool and hot tub. The day it was open,both pool and hot tub was over capacity and dirty. Only 2 elevators and 1 was broken. Only goods: convenient drive to Crocker park and our room was clean.

Had to get a room change first room was dirty still(bathroom) extremely loud they gave me a different room instantly upon asking to a quite clean side over all 1/10

The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub. We stayed on a Saturday night so it was very crowded. Overall it was good for a nights stay.

Nice stay with delicious cookies! We haven’t stayed at a doubletree for years and will be booking more. Clean, comfortable bed and having access to in room service was so nice.

The toilet had dirty poop toilet paper inside!

Front desk is short staffed. Only one guy doing EVERYTHING. But great hotel for the money.

I have given this Double Tree location that's waiting because of all the times that my family or myself has stayed at a DoubleTree I have never experienced then I'm concerned of staff not caring about their guess not being comfortable. When arriving to this location I discovered that there was some type of Convention of some sorts going on involving an extreme amount of young children, which is okay as long as they're parents aren't being children meaning that they are supervising their children and having them behave as if they are in public. Do that then the staff and ownership of the hotel should make sure that they are held accountable for not supervising their children. The children were running around throughout the hotel all of the floors cursing profanities, playing ding dong ring on the room doors, running and yelling within the hallways, bumping into guest not excising themselves, in the bar! All of this is absolutely unacceptable and asinine. In the top it all off I had a double room and one of the best pillows are blood stains. When bringing home williness situation to the attention of the manager on staff, he did nothing and really did not seem to care. He informed me that I had to speak to the general manager the next morning, but upon arriving to the front desk the next morning I supposed to never be there in that day and was not coming into the next day. After going over the situation with that manager the next day that was on staff she informed me that being

This hotel was very musty smelling all through out the whole place to the point it was nauseating. Our room was very old and outdated it also smelled of mildew profoundly. We could not take showers as the shower curtain had mold on it. I was very happy to check out of there and be out of that environment. One other issue was at the breakfast buffet, the woman who was checking for tickets was so aggressive about it. I seen her get rude with three different people over hounding them about tickets/breakfast the attitude was really unnecessary.

Comfortable rooms, check in was very nice with warm cookies. Disappointed in the temperature of the pool and pool area. Much cooler than would have liked. Also disappointed in the service we received after check in. Room was for 4 adults, but were only given 2 towels. Asked for two more, was told they didn’t have any right now. Waited until morning and asked at the front desk again. Was given two more towels, and attitude about it. This is our second stay here. We are not hard people to please, and don’t expect each hotel to be absolutely perfect. We may or may not stay again next year.

Didn’t get room until 830 pm. Had to wait for 4 hours for room to get clean. Place was filthy dirty. They had a problem with washer machine so we had no towels. Probably had dirty linens. Pool was filthy. One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been in.

Mold on shower curtain. Definitely dated. Peeling wallpaper on walls and I would definitely not stay again.

The pool area was very cold the hallways were cold.... spreads was dirty... only on my last day someome came and asked if needed anything!

This hotel is really old and outdated. The room had dirty walls and vents, as well as old carpet.

It appeared they had one employee covering the desk and housekeeping and phones. He was doing his best but we waited a long time to check in and then were rushed through the process. We did get the cookies! There were buckets in the hallways to catch water. Rooms were not updated. Bathroom was not nice. Felt uncomfortable. We came from another hotel that was a two star that was much nicer than this “4 star”. Location for a quick stop on a road trip was good. But we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Was expecting so much more.

Booked a room with 2 dbl beds, got a king bed with a pull out couch that had springs poking thru mattress, no bedding or pillows, we had 4 guests, only enough bath towels for 2 ppl. Was told at front desk no bedding or towels available till maybe 11pm. Pool area dirty, garbage laying around everywhere including plastic bottles in the pool, no pool towels, and again no help from the guy at front desk other than sorry, don't know what to tell you.

Units were only cleaned when we asked for them to be cleaned. Lots of kids running the halls with hockey tournament in town.

We were surprised and delighted that we were given 2 warm chocolate chip cookies when we checked in. There was noise in the hall near our room from kids running and yelling.

Before booking my 5 rooms for our late Christmas party, I called the hotel and asked if the pool was open. The employee said yes, I asked if it would be closed for anything and he said no. I explained I wanted to make sure before I booked all the rooms (the date was also given of our stay). So on the day of the stay, we go there, pay for our room which was on the 2nd floor…. I paid for poolside (which tells me, the pool is outside my door, but instead I get a 2nd floor room). I was also informed the rest of the rooms were on the 2nd floor but if I wait I can get the first floor. After unpacking the cars and bringing our stuff in, we were then told the pool was closed! I was not happy and my grandchildren were disappointed! I was very disappointed and upset! There has to be better communication with the hotel if this were ever to happen again! A discount or breakfast vouchers just won’t do, especially when the purpose of going to this hotel was to get away from the cold, swim and enjoy family time. ☹️
