The toilet paper roll was so far back and out of reach? lol contortionist?? Also, the toilet was so close to the shower doors you had to turn the water on full for warm and get blasted with cold while you wait.

The rollaway we requested was delivered with a so-called blanket, this blanket was so old that you could see through it, it had patches of fabric missing & was torn around the edges. I walked the blanket downstairs & they replaced it. The fact is no one should ever receive this type of bedding. Around 6:00 pm I asked for towels for the pool, none were available as they were doing laundry at the time. I was ready to leave so we had to go get our towels from the room.

Unfortunately this experience was not a good one. Our toilet wasn’t working, when I called it in Friday night I was told no one has access to the plunger, so it couldn’t be fixed until after 7am when someone came in. So to come down to the lobby if I needed to use the restroom. Wasn’t offered a different room, when expressed how I wasn’t going to wake my child, put him in his wheelchair just to go use the restroom at 2am no solution was offered…Unfortunately that same night my child woke up and vomited on the bed and in the trash can. Again with no working toilet this is a worst case scenario. Called to get the bedding removed, called again 3 hours later because at that point the room was beginning to smell. Was near impossible to get anyone to answer the phones at front desk or guest service. I had to just put everything in the hallway. I feel like even if your slammed and packed, as a courtesy to housekeeping staff and the decency of the hotel you expedite that request. I will say when we finally did see housekeeping, they were very kind no complaints on them.

Check in was complicated, rooms were not ready, there were broken lamps in our room that were never replaced, and there was insufficient staff at check-in resulting in long lines.

Stay was great. Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel centrally located near shopping center with numerous restaurants.

Had an issue with my reservation through hotels.com, however, management and their staff went out of their way to resolve it and got my family and I booked and into our rooms quickly. The hotel was clean, staff was always very friendly and courteous. Thank you for makinf our stay enjoyable while we were away from home.
