It was a nice stay and nice property. Only issue was we weren’t allowed to checkin till over an hour after the actual check in time.

It was a business trip for me. I stayed for 5 days. Breakfast was included and it was a nice buffet.
The NCAA's were happening that week - so, the hotel was a bit full.
The bar menu was not up to standard. But, I could walk to restaurants that I enjoyed very much.

I had specifically searched for a hotel with indoor hot tub and pool and when we got there was told it was being remodeled ( should of said that on web) also keys continued to not work and would have to go down to the desk and ask for new keys this happened 3x and could not get water very hot in the shower… for the price I was disappointed (215.00 for one night)

Room is good. Location is good. The service isn't. I booked the hotel solely for the hot tub and pool. This was a Valentine's gift to my wife. There was NOTHING online that suggested they were closed because of renovation. I found out at check-in that they aren't open. I asked for a partial refund but they only offered to cancel the reservation which means I'd have to look for another hotel on the spot. How many customers booked rooms and found out they're closed? So frustrated.

I was On the 6th floor and while trying to sleep, I could hear every vehicle at the stop light on the street. I could Hear music from another room but it stopped. There was very minimal lighting in the parking garage. Also not conducive for bringing heavy luggage in from your vehicle since there are stairs. Not worth the price I paid.

The room is nice because it’s fully remodeled but they’re in the middle of remodeling the rest of the hotel. Once it’s done I’m sure it’ll be awesome. However, the staff were always super friendly and nice and treated me very well. I’m happy I stayed here.

Our stay was amazing, even though the entire hotel was going through a complete renovation & remodeling process. Rick & Maxine made sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay and made us feel at home. Very clean hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

They were in the middle of renovating with no amenities available for a family. They said they had a restaurant which turned out to be a makeshift bar only. Worst stay.

I was never told until I arrived at the property that building was under construction. The noise of the construction was unbearable all day long and the pool was closed. Also, there was a dog in the room next to mine that barked.......... a lot. In addition, the lotion container was empty and so was the body soap container.
Really very substandard. I won't stay there again. There are far too many other hotels to choose from.

The building was undergoing renovations. There were a lot of construction workers and noise. The workers were very nice and the staff was extremely apologetic about the chaos. Even with the work I would gladly stay here again.

We rolled in about 2am after a very long day of travelling. I was greeted at the door by the most wonderful front desk gentleman (sorry I can't recall his name) Regardless, he said, You must be Carmen. I've been waiting for you. He handed me a bag with warm chocolate chip cookies, bottled water and my keys. Truly a remarkable welcome. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the room was AMAZING! I would highly recommend staying.

Property was under construction, including the pool which was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Hotel was clean staff was friendly. One of our tvs didn’t work and the only solution would be to move rooms

Evening attendant got flustered when checking me in, completely skipped my warm cookies (one of the best parts)! My room was perfectly clean and we slept well wasn’t loud…. Until about 8am when housekeeping was coming by to see if we’d left yet. Main level is under renovation so it was cold and options breakfast are limited and long waits. Little disappointed this time but I LOVE the room layout when traveling with kids so that alone will keep me coming back. Starbucks onsite is a mega plus!!!

I wish the WiFi was free since the breakfast wasn’t included in the room and the parking was a separate charge (completely ridiculous). HOWEVER, the cleaning service was FANTASTIC and even set up my daughter’s stuffed bears and bed different each day so they could come back to a surprise each day. The Parking charge was ridiculous but the cleaning service was AMAZING.

Overall stay was fine. I have two complaints though…restaurant service was aweful. Servers were sarcastic, rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. The floor of the shower needed the grout cleaned, some grout lines were black others were white. The floor just looked dirty. and the carpet in the room felt like it needed to be vacuumed. The front desk employees were very polite and kind. I do think that parking should have been included with the room. Parking was $18 dollars and I feel we should have been told about it before we purchased the room.

Very good & timely daily cleaning. Comfortable bed. Bedding fresh & clean. Clean bath, good water pressure and hot water didn’t run out. Great amenities for family while I worked. Walkable to downtown Salt Lake. Felt safe.

I got charged food to my card, when I was trying to pay in cash. I told them, I wanted to pay for dinner and parking, and they said no we just charge your room.i would've liked the choice not to charge my room.
