We were on our 2nd stop of 3 nights in a hotel for our family move. It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was so kind and accommodating for our pets. We had 3 rooms, and every one had a comfortable bed to sleep. Best night of a grueling trip, I highly recommend.

Its a older motel that has been fixed up a bit. The property and room was clean. I found the bed to be comfortable. It was nice parking in front of your room which made unloading easy. Dinning options in the area are very limited and the restaurants that are there are very busy. So be prepared to wait for a table.

Very very clean, totally refurbished, very nice with sink off room and in toilet/shower/tub room. 2 sinks in motel! Very nice. Grohe faucets and very comfortable bed. I see why they get good ratong. Breakfast was fine...more than adequate...very clean and well presented. Check in.perdon was extremely nice and welcoming.

Overall nice. Room was clean. Check in was easy and fast.
Dog relief area is in need.of cleanup, there are bags provided for us dog owners to pick up after their dogs but people are not responsible! This is a guest problem!
Expedia needs a way to pay for the pet fee and to notify hotel that they are bringing a pet.

We weren’t aware this was a motel. We don’t like to stay where the rooms are outside. The price was almost double of what other motels were in the area. Another reason I didn’t think it was a motel. Room was clean which is the most important thing for us. We left early and didn’t eat breakfast there.

We have stopped by for one night during our trip to Colorado. Room was clean and in good condition. Morning breakfast was also pleasant surprise. Staff was very friendly.

Property is renovated to give it a new look but the moss smell is very prevalent in rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is included but its anot a running kitchen. Its a red roof basically. I paid 130 and i found it extremely overpriced.

The heating / AC unit in our room had all of the functions worn away - making it impossible to control the heat. Also very expensive for the quality of the room. And added pet fees on top of the Expedia price. I would not stay here again.

Santa Rosa is a small town, and the staff represent the best in small town hospitality. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. We brought our dog and the pet area was convenient and also clean.
Breakfast provided an array of choices. We really had a pleasant night at Best Western and would return.

The property is one level, motel style accommodation. Nothing fancy, by the rooms are very large and recently remodeled, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was decent.

The staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave the property 4 stars was because the pool had dirt and leaves in it. But that is to be expected with an outdoor pool.
