Overall stay was excellent! Winzel showed excellent service when we dined at Tenghkou. From the time we were seated, throughout the dining experience. Very attentive. All staff in every outlet should mirror him. He is why people will return to the restaurant to dine. Please recognize him for his exceptional work!!! 10/10 Thank You RIU Paradise Palace for a great experience. We will definitely return!!!!
Breakfast Buffet was good. The coffee bar should open a little earlier than 10am. The staff were great. Swim-up Bar was ok.

The hotel was okay overall. The food was great and one of the highlights of my stay. However, the rooms were outdated and could definitely use some renovations. The hotel itself wasn’t very large, which may or may not appeal to everyone. I also felt that the entertainment, especially in the evenings, could be much better. Overall, it was an average stay, but there is room for improvement.

The staff at this property are always so friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here two years in a row now.
Excellent service!

My husband and I spent 5 nights September 9,2026 our room was large with a full ocean front view, the food was very good, our room was cleaned everyday. The hotel was just the right size and the staff and guests were friendly. Highly recommend if you just looking to relax.
