The room was not very clean. the walls were stained and it smelled very unpleasant.

The room was very spacious and smelled pleasant. The bed was great and comfortable. Breakfast was extra, but was fantastic along with friendly service. Didn't get time to swim or jacuzzi. Only complaint was the long hallway we had to walk down to get to our room.

This is usually a fine hotel. Unfortunately, bath faucet wasn’t working well. I hope this hotel can continue to hold the higher standard I’ve known it to have.

Linens were dirty, bathroom walls were dirty, headboard was dirty. And there was a stain on the carpet. Which is whatever but the halls smelled of animals.

Its a hilton so really good hotel next to the mall and restaurant's. Management communicated strongly on wether or not our room was up to the hilton standard. Received free cookies and easy check in and check out.

The room is very good side but old, musty smell. I don't really like when we got a handicap room without telling us. When we asked why we cannot have the room with bathtub. The receptionist said because of it's no available and you booked from third party, sound like i should not do this next time. I understand that we would get what available, however they should let us know first.

Well I usually stay at the location in San Pedro but I wanted to save a few bucks. I should've spent the extra $. The room was way at the end by the freeway where there was no view but a tree. In the morning the sound of the traffic was a little annoying. However that was nothing compared to the sound of the water dripping out of the shower. I had a hard time turning on the shower & once I couldn't turn it off then the non stop drip all night..I knew why. I almost forgot about the wait to check in because the front desk person was talking (more like flirting) to the guy in front of me in Spanish. Anyways unless you get a room on the 1st floor, think twice about staying here. Gotta love those cookies though!! Always a hit

In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off in the entire hotel because of the steam from a shower. After the firefighters showed up and declared it was nothing but steam, we went back to the room just for the alarm to continue to go off for absolutely no reason. This was from 3:40 AM to 8:30 AM they could not get the fire alarm to stay off. The bathroom was not clean and had old hair in the bathroom and I was getting bit by something in the bed. The TV was nice and a nice size and the AC was good. Good amenities in the room like microwave and fridge but it was overall just a bad experience. I usually like hiltons and doubletrees but this was not a good experience. Especially for me to be working until 2 am and had to go back to work at 7 am. The fire alarm was awful. Especially for it to be for no reason at all. And the fact it continued for hours on end throughout the night is unacceptable

Jessica at Guest Services was amazing. She was on it. Her knowledge of everything and the delivery of it was exceptional. I thought she may be a manager or at least she should get promoted.
The hotel was great, but I wasn’t happy with the choice of toilets and showers. Plus there wasn’t a bathtub. But I’ll definitely be coming back to stay again in the future.

Stay two nights on 2/2 & 2/3/2024. The first day before midnight when we took the shower there was only hot water come out. There was no control to the water temperature at all. We requested the repair before we went out around 8 in the next morning. When we return to the hotel after 1 am and the shower problem was not fixed. We reported to the front desk and unfortunately the engineer left. The customer service rep had bad attitude & said we should report it last night not in the morning. She agreed to let us change to another room but have to pack everything and leave the room first. I asked can we switch to another room, took the shower first and move our stuffs afterward because we were tired? The answer was ‘NO’. It was 1:30 am and there is no customer service at all. I would not stay here again.

Depending on where your room is located parking is not that great staff and service was definitely great overall the hotel is a little outdated but rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of dining options around the area with a mall across the street would definitely stay again

Fire alarms went on at 2am. We all evacuated and were being notified or kept up to date with anything. The staff were just relaxing in the lobby like nothing was happening and didn’t even help us. Ridiculous how everyone was outside almost wearing nothing while staff and management didn’t care to update us.

My room was not used for long time. I can see Dust every where including Shower head. And when i try to taking shower i had hard time to turn on due to stuck. Bathroom did not had face wash liquid.

The staff are very kind and welcoming. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient for us - we were traveling to Anaheim, San Gabriel Valley, Glendale, DTLA, and Westwood.

I have stayed at the Doubletree in the past in other states many times. I was disappointment in the lack of cleanliness in my room. The curtains were stained, there were huge red capet stains, along with rips & stains in the sofa-bed. Kristen was so kind and professional to change our room twice! She was very apologetic and accomodating. We were given breakfast vouchers and a drink voucher to make up for our dissatisfaction with the rooms. The food and drinks at the bar were superb! Definetely made up for the room issue! Overall, we had a prettu good stay at the doubletree in Rosemead, California

I loved staying here. This is the only hotel I have ever been to that have been super nice and even gave complimentary cookies. The rooms were big, extremely clean, and comfy! Checked all my boxes 5 stars for sure!!!

The actual room was run down. Musty smell in room. Leaking faucet in bathtub. Ceiling tiles warped and falling. Water leak stains on ceiling.

Pros:
The room was a good size and very comfortable.
Cons:
Had to switch rooms because shower was leaking. Not a big deal but inconvenient
The room we switched to had a dresser that was slanted and not flush against the wall so the drawers would not stay closed until we stuck tea bags on the sides
The room door didn’t automatically close so we had to make sure it was closed and locked each time. Definitely a safety concern.
Parking was challenging on all 3 nights we stayed

Disgusting HVAC vents in the bathroom and likely everywhere else. Room 504. Looks like have not been cleaned in years. Dust, debris, etc caked on by the layers. When the air is on I assume I am breathing this into my lungs. Also, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at 3:30am. Worst alarm siren and strobe lights I have ever witnessed. Ruined my sleep. Had to carry my son down the stairs and I to the lobby in his diaper at 3:30am. I have pictures of the hvac vents but won’t let me attach here.
