The service of concierge is brilliant, even the normal breakfast place is not available while I am staying but its service is still up to the standard.

The location is close to MTR station and restaurant.
Employee are friendly. We were there when the 7.2 earthquake occured. The building safety is in check not much damages and all fire doors closed immediately in case of fire. I feel comfort even the earth continues shaking.

We stayed here for a week and had a good time. The location is great, close to a metro station, many sightseeing spots, as well as restaurants and cafes. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room is a bit old but clean and rather spacious. We had a bit difficult time stably having a good temperature and humidity in the room, but I guess it’s a lot due to the temperature fluctuation.

Booked for 3 ppl with 65 sqm2 room and front desk just gave us a king bed with 170cm only not the 210 cm big bed. Toilet leaking and urine on the floor

The hotel is excellent but the staff put it in an altogether higher category.
They were a perfect combination of competent and professional and engaging. They treated us like the best of family. This applied to everyone at the restaurant, check in and bellhops. We are leaving Taipei with the warmest of sentiments.

Hotel was smart, clean, in a good and central location. Staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Room had literally every amenity you could think of and a few you didn’t. Room was spotlessly clean and staff were happy to help with any requests. Taipei is a great city and this is a great hotel to stay in.

This hetel has a good location..near shopping centre and quick eats. The breakfast is mediocre as the quality of the food was substandard. We were disappointed that thr pool was closed.Be very aware of this before you book in certain months.The doormen were very helpful. Not a king bed by Western standards.

If you stay at Hotel Nikko Taipei, make sure you always lock the room! ! Because when I was I in the room, a male staff didn’t wait for me to answer the door and opened the door and walked right into the room!!! As a hotel guest, my privacy has been violated! This has never happened before in my travel experience!

Staff is extremely friendly and takes great care of customers. Area is convenient and room is very clean. Will stay there for future taipei trips.

This has been a wonderful stay for me and my friend. The location is super convenient, with MRT nearby and right in Zhongshan district where it’s walking distance to malls and shops, with many food options nearby. The room is clean and well maintained, staff are all nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will come back for my next visit to Taipei.

Very nice modern interior. Comes with an air purifying machine. Friendly service that accommodated my room change request. It's nearst metro station is a transfer station for 2 lines, so wlyou can easily take 2 metro lines. Would recommend.

It’s definitely not a luxury hotel. I stayed here in a premium room for 5 nights. The Wi-Fi was terribly bad all the time that I couldn’t have video meetings. It’s pretty noisy especially when the guests next to me took the shower. The pipeline noise was so loud that no way to ignore. The air con was not working properly and the bed is too firm for me. The front desk was not helpful at all. They wouldn’t even bother to offer me any extra help. It’s definitely not worthy for spending that much money here. I simply won’t come back.
