Came to watch the UIL Regional One Act Play competition. Hotel was nice, beds were clean and comfy. We had 3 full size beds so no one had to share!

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were extra comfortable. AC was quiet and kept the room cool. This will definitely be our go to in Nac from now on.

From start to finish, even after accidentally jumping into the “not yet open/ready pool”, the staff was so kind and friendly. It was truly a great stay! The little things meant everything! *Sneaking a quick cup of apple juice for my daughter even though breakfast had long ended. *Asking about the wedding we attended because she remembered why we were staying there. *Giving us extra towels to make sure we were covered. Those things don’t go unnoticed! I highly recommend Best Western of Nacogdoches for anyone coming to stay!

This place exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, the housekeeping staff were wonderful.
I didn't realize they came in every day and we left the room a bit disheveled the first morning. They made the beds incorperating my kids pillows and blankets. They even folded a few pieces of clothing we had left on the beds. Everything was clean and neat. I know where we will be staying any time we are back in the area.

Hotel conveniently located, service was friendly and efficient, but my room had a smoky odor. I am highly sensitive to odors. We needed a one night stay and sadly i booked my reservation based on excellent rating. It was ok bit not excellent.

It was nice enough a little dirty, & the pillows were tiny. The AC also wasn’t very cold. It was good enough for the $ & just 2 days.

The facility is a very good value and clean and well maintained. Staff was excellent, loved the TEXAS waffle. Room could use a grab bar in the tub for safe showering, and the breakfast could use more fruit choices and maybe granola added. I definitely felt like it was a good choice for our week long stay and would recommend.

This location was not the best and the coditions are a little old, but it was a fine place to stay for a night while we were travelling through. Nothing special, but it covers the bases.

First time I have ever stayed in a hotel with doors on the outside but I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel! Breakfast the next morning was excellent for what we needed! It was a great experience for the one night we needed it for! We will stay again when in the area!

Big room with fridge and microwave. Staff was extremely friendly. There is also a breakfast provided. The rooms are accessed from outside.

I usually hate hotels that have the room doors facing the outside instead of a hallway, but we were desperate and took a chance. I'm so glad we did! The beds were soft and comfortable. The pillows weren't flat. The room was clean. The road noise was a bit loud, but that can't be helped right off of the highway. Be aware that the sink was super low even for me at 5'5", let alone for him at 6'1". Watching him shave in the mini sink was hilarious though. I'd definitely stay here again.

The alarm in the empty room next-door started ringing at 11:00 p.m. I call the front desk to ask someone to shut it off, but no one answered the phone at the front desk. I called several times and no one ever answered. The next morning I reported it to the front counter,

To start with, the water pressure in the shower was very low. The water was only mildly warm, so the shower was disappointing all the way around. During the night, we were awakened by a very loud television blaring from downstairs. Turns out it was the night staff member who had it turned all the way up. On Sunday morning, we woke up to no water at all. This probably was not the fault of the hotel, but it just capped off a very disappointing stay.

Great stay! Everyone is so friendly and helpful at the front! Room was super clean. Hot water in shower could be hotter, it never got fully hot. Always enjoy our stay here. Will be back.
