Good simple motel for the money. It’s older but well kept and fits the area. Wish it had conditioner and more towels, makeup remover etc.

Cleanliness

Bed was comfortable but the rest of the accommodations were very outdated. We were so disappointed because our previous stay months ago was in a room in the additional building in the back. So much nicer and more up to date. But the carpet was in need of a deep clean shampoo.

The place was ok . They gave me a smoking room and I don’t smoke . They didn’t have any non-smoking rooms even thou I booked a none smoking room . The he room smelled very bad . The bed was comfortable

Our stay was very short! However the staff member we dealt with was amazing!!!!

Only had a one night stay but I’d highly recommend. Was extremely clean, staff was super pleasant and beds were comfortable. Don’t let the fact that this isn’t a chain hotel deter you from choosing to stay!

We LOVE this hotel!! Always friendly. Always clean. Great Mexican restaurant across the street! Only wish they had some sort of breakfast but coffee station is great

Received a call about 4 hours before check in time asking what time we would be arriving. Gave an estimated of the check in time. Was told if we arrived after 4:00 pm, we would have to call the "on call" person to check in! Really?!!! Arrived at check in time of 3:00. Door was locked. Someone finally came to the door for us to check in. We were told if we needed anything after 4:00 we would have to call the on call person. The lobby is only open 8:00 am - 4:00pm. No worries! We were not told "no daily housekeeping" at any time. We found a card in the room. 2 people staying in the room for 2 nights. We had 2 queen beds (both as hard as a board), 3 wash cloths, 3 towels and hand towels. We did not call anyone. We did not complain. We will not stay at that hotel ever again. Spend a few more $$ and stay some place that has someone on duty!! It appeared to be clean, but dusty. Enough said.

Nice, clean rooms

The property is older but it was very clean. It would be nice to be a little updated. There were no snacks, etc.for sale in the office.

Comfortable

Great value and always clean. The beds aren't very comfortable and the blankets are thin. The area is safe and quiet.

Good location for access to national park. Price was OK. Furnishings were generally in good repair, but some updating is needed. Internet was fairly slow. Towels were small. Staff was efficient but barely cordial.

LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised! Very clean, everywhere; lobby, common areas and rooms. About 6 min. Drive to casino. No Uber or Lyft, taxi was $25 each way.

Staff was warm and friendly. Everything was very neat and clean. The room even smelled clean. Will stay there again.

Roomy and comfortable. Had a great night while in Cherokee for show at the Casino.

After a long drive through the Great Smoky Mountains, it was wonderful to be greeted by friendly staff, a clean lobby bathroom and then open the door to my room which was spacious, clean, quiet and felt very secure. Great dinner recommendation in walking distance to the inn. Thank you.

This is by far one of the cleanest inns I’ve ever been in. I was very reluctant to book because I wanted something that I recognized like Marriot, so I read reviews and they were good but this by far exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, the grounds were clean. It was great. I realized later that there were some chain brands a few miles up the road, but everytime I visit the Smokey Mountains, I will be checking in to this spot. Thank you for going above and beyond and being passionate about hospitality

The bed was extremely hard and the room had a musty smell to it. It definitely wasn’t worth the money we paid. The ice bucket did not have a liner. The ice machine was broke. We won’t stay there again.
