Opened door, very foul smelling like body odor and curry cooked soaked place. Called and complained, and wanted refund, property owner refused, and now I’m out $800. Stay away from this place, the owners will not do anything for you but take your money

Check in was slow. Mobil app alerted me that my room was ready 2 hours after we had checked in

The only thing that needs improvement is the door ban we hear every time a nearby door closes

The staff was AMAZING!! Huge shout out to the valet gentlemen, all of them are the sweetest souls and were so helpful with everything! The bar stuff also made my friends birthday such a treat. Can’t wait to return!

It was terrible. Horrible food, banging in the middle of the night, wasn't ritz quality was more like Holiday Inn.

We visited friends in DC just before Christmas. Treated ourselves to staying here. Lovely super clean room, super quiet, will come again and recommend to anyone.

The front desk attendees were kind and helpful. Honestly, was a bit let down with the valet service as we pulled around and they did not acknowledge us or greet us after we sat a bit. It felt a bit awkward, so we ended up parking ourselves in the garage. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the area was perfect. Will stay again.

Loved the Ritz Carlton . It was my first. The 5 star experience is something I could get use to. The only thing I didn’t like was that the 18th floor there was a free executive club if you paid for the executive club use, which I did . They kept asking what room we stayed in to verify we belonged up there- but they didn’t ask the other guests that. It kinda put a damper on the experience . All the other staff were nice though. Check in was a breeze and so was check out. The location is great because it’s near a mall and also major DC attractions. Parking was easy offsite. You can get 24 hour parking for $20. There are a lot of different types of restaurants. The hotel is in general clean. Some toilets weren’t flushed when we entered and the room was a little outdated but it was still very glamorous.

It felt good being back home. I love The Ritz!!! Always my first choice when traveling in the states or out of state. If the price is on point then I will always be at the ritz. I love this property everything in walking distance from the mall to
Restaurants and the metro right there. Can be a crowd at times do to the amenities that actual surround the Hotel. Overall great corner room mine was 1001, great views and the mattress like sleeping on floating clouds. I wish they had more of a tv channel selection but hey it worked out fine for our needs. Thanks again for everything great property.

My wife and I went away for a short couples weekend, and absolutely blown away by our experience at the Ritz Carlton. We were upgraded to an executive suite! What an amazing room and club area.
