It was great. I just wish parking was free.

My stay was fine. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to store my luggage as i arrived prior to the check-in time. the shuttle to the airport was on time. The room, while a bit smaller than I had anticipated from the pictures on the website, was clean and the bed was comfortable so I was satisfied. The bathroom was clean. The elevators seemed a bit janky but overall the hotel was very good value for the price. The breakfast was also really good.

This was such an awful experience we were on the 9th floor and the elevator did not work most of the time we had to carry our boxes up and down 9 flights of stairs. We stayed 3 nights our room was never cleaned. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

The Hotel is good especially after renovation. It was my first choice many times but unfortunately this time the room 235 is too close to the ground and the window do not have any sound barrier. The street noise is unacceptable.
hope you can do some or give me the possibility to change the room.

My fiancé & I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice! Front desk agents were really helpful & the breakfast was delicious.We will most definitely be back when we return to LA. Thank you so much !

I went to my room and couldn’t get in. For some reason I got switched to room 912 instead of 934 which was my room. They didn’t know how it happened so they complemented me for free parking which is $46. The room had no tissue so we had to ask for it. The employees at the front desk was all over the place. Their rates r decent but never again.

front desk staff is not particularly guest friendly nor positively involved. free breakfast is a joke. facility is currently under renovation: laundry facility, pool and gym are unavailable.

To be completely honest, stayed here on a previous trip with a good experience. This time it was not. There was constant noise right outside our room by maintenance or construction workers. They even knocked on our door and said they needed to come in which we DID NOT allow.We reported the incidence to reception and was never given an explanation or apology. Very disappointed as,we needed rest for an over seas trip. Will not return.

Stay was horrible, no customer service available. House keeping wouldn’t answer . The one time house keeping came they screamed at my guests demanding towels. The free breakfast made me sick and nauseous i would like a refund. The trip was not fun. And there was construction going on that wasn’t announced and the elevators took too long and the pool was closed the entire time

There must have been a music event near by, due to the crowds. The hotel did NOT have enough staff to help, especially at the front desk. If this event was known, which I’m sure it was, the hotel should have had plenty of staff to help. We had to wait for our room because it wasn’t ready. Parking was a nightmare, even though they offered “free” parking due to lots of delays. I just can’t believe that a hotel, like this, didn’t have the help to accommodate the crowds. I’m sure they have plenty of “events” that happen all the time.

Added a bunch of extra taxes to my bill. Maintenance staff was rude. Key didn’t work on room door more than once. Key to exit hotel didn’t work. Very disappointed!

When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation, so I looked up on Hotel.com and asked them to match your price since they lost our reservation, they said o, so I reserved it with Hotel.com again, and got the better price.

The shower barely drained, I ended up in able deep water. There were spiders in the curtains, the bathrooms walls and all kinds of stains. Floors had stains. Elevators walls were peeling. I want my money back

Hotel was good, the shuttle bus seemed to be a bit longer than expected. I believe they only have 1 doing the run back and forth. Free breakfast was Buffett style and was good and reasonable quality. Room was good and bed/pillows were comfortable. Bathroom has wall paper falling off but was good.

Stayed here for a concert and they had construction going on the entire time I was there. They did not mention this as I check in. It also was only during morning hours which was the worst cause I already am tired from walking all day from the concert, I know I wasn’t the only guest who was bothered by this but they didn’t offer guest anything for the inconvenience. Then I got charged a “L.A tax fee” that I’ve never heard before, stayed in many hotels and this is the first time in LA I got this tax lol

There was hair all in the shower. Hair on the “clean” towels, and not just one. All of them. Makeup on the bathroom walls. Absolutely disgusting.

I had stayed in this hotel about 6 month before and everything was really nice, but the second time around, not so much. the hotel is currently under renovation of some sort and there is a bunch of construction equipment everywhere (this wasnt mentioned when booking the room) also, i now had to pay a 50 dollar parking fee PER NIGHT, and a few months ago parking was free, this change wasnt stated anywhere at the time of booking, i was extremely dissapointed as our budget was limited and by knowing this in advance we would have chosen another hotel. Also the elevators were laggy and you had to wait a LONG time everytime you wanted to use them. everything else was fine, but still, for the price and all of the extra fees, it wasnt worth it.

I suppose the hotel is okay for the price point. No customer service during check-in. Would be nice to have a "how are you?" thrown your way when you are getting your keys. No info about the restaurant or bar, no info about the lobby snacks, no info about how parking works. The elevators are falling apart and buttons don't work. Room was decent and clean. No gripes there. But overall it was not the best. Don't believe I'd stay here again.

Great place to stay when connecting or have a layover to LAX. Everything great except my room was at the end of the hall and it takes 20 minutes for the hot water to reach your sink/shower. Luckily I tested it the night before and so it didn't affect anything for me but if you're eco-friendly or whatever, just don't take room towards end of hall.

I am a repeat customer here. Was given a room facing away from the Main Street, so very quiet and I was able to sleep well. The room is clean and comfortable. Appreciated the breakfast.

Our first room smelled horrible also they switched us to another roopm. It was better but still smelled musty. The hotel is under renovation and feels chaotic and messy. The shuttle system to and from the airport is a joke. Don't depend on it.

The indifference and attitude of front desk staff throughout our stay were reminiscent of a 1 star motel on side of a highway. I get it, I’ve worked front desk too and job can suck I just didn’t expect 100% of the handful of employees contacted over our stay to be sassy and act as if we were inconveniencing them for checking in or asking a question about the shuttle. Also, they would talk poorly about a customer that just walked away in front of other customers.
Paying $42 a day for parking i’d expect not to find unhoused persons on third and fourth floors of parking garage multiple times. They had security at night but apparently the neighborhood knows when they don’t.

It's a very nice hotel with clean, modern rooms, comfy sheets and pillows, and conveniently located close to LAX.
It's not the friendliest place, but professional and adequate.
My concern was on the airport shuttle. The driver was very rude to everyone. There was an asian family visiting from abroad who asked when they boarded the shuttle if it was the right shuttle to the airport and the driver sarcastically responded it was for Disneyland. It was just rude and it just confused them even more. As passengers we intervened to assure them they were on the right bus.
Three times I asked him what terminal I needed for Alaskan airlines - he ignored my question and then had me get out of the bus at the wrong gate... I had to walk with all my luggage quite a distance to get the the correct gate. I was so angry at his attitude and dismissive and unhelpful tone. They should fire this guy.

The trip itself was ok although there was a smoke machine left in the nonsmoking room. I was told I they would somehow compensate me - never did! The biggest problem is that the room was prepaid and then they charged the card I used for incidentals 434.55. I have called for days to try and get it taken care of, but they either will not answer or hang up on me. The even hung up on hotels.com when they tried to inquire about it. I have had to file a fraud charge with my bank!

Arrival check-in was absolutely horrible. We had to come back three times because our room was not ready so it really messed up our first day of travel but as far as the employees they were helpful and nice the security guy is super super nice and the people at the breakfast are very kind and cat at the front. Desk was super cool.

Line was long and slow to check in. Two individuals at desk but third person (maybe a manager) just watched them. Room was in need of repairs. Bathroom barn door would not stay closed or lock. Wallpaper was peeling off in bathroom near shower and dark spots at base of shower looked like possible mold. Light switch sensors in room didn’t work. Breakfast was only from 8-10 am and we had an 8:40 flight so no breakfast for us.

It’s fine for a night but overall the beds are not comfortable and the hotel is being renovated so it’s sort of a mess. It was clean.
