This property was terrible beads weren’t confterable there was loud noises in the morning and the pool was not open we booked it cause it had a pool

the location works but the property could use some updating.

It’s a bit noisy in the morning because we were at the back of the building, very close to a busy side road. Other than that, staffs are very friendly, the room is very spacious!

Excellent customer service

Bathroom was not fully clean, and tub and sink weren’t draining well. Bed sheet had a stain.

Great staff and amazing customer service. Really appreciated the consideration to put us on a quiet floor as there was hockey teams staffing here. My son was disappointed the pool was not in working order.

I had attempted robbery on my vehicle in the hotel, in the back garage of the hotel. The glass was shattered into pieces, and greasy dirt was all over the driver's seat. Someone had attempted to rob the vehicle, but, for unknown reasons, wasn’t able to. Nothing was taken from the car even though we had a few inexpensive items in there. We immediately filed a police report and had to take the car to the dealership to fix the window as we obviously could not drive it in rainy weather. I drove from Ottawa to Toronto for a short family vacation, and we had friends and family we wanted to see. We of course at this incident weren’t able to. I wasn’t able to sleep for two nights because we were worried that they’d come back or even follow us. After speaking with one of the managers I was told that it had happened many times before so this was normal. If that is the case I am puzzled that such a well-known establishment and choice of hotels doesn’t do enough to protect its customers by adding more Security Surveillance cameras and controlling the entrance with a barricaded gate with card readers.

The lights in my bathroom did not work, had to pay for parking, no gold member status upgrade.

The outside of the building is weird looking, but inside it was clean and functional.

I have stayed at Marriott hotels over many years and across the country for business and pleasure. I enjoyed it. However, this particular place did not feel like the Marriott’s I experienced in the past. The place was noisy most of the night. The room had a big window and view to the outside; but it only had see through curtains that made uncomfortable to sleep in and the day light come in to early and walk me up. The place needs upgrade in heating equipment to a quieter one. Also, I found the place not a good value for the money. The hotel is 40 mins outside of down town Toronto and asking essentially the same amount as the down town quality hotels. The hotel even asked for $36 for one night parking even when my car was parked on the street nearby the hotel and not in the hotel’s garage. They took that off the bill after the saw my surprise.

The property is safe and quiet . The rooms were clean. What I didn’t like that everything far away from the city 30 minutes apart . Also gave one day notice a power outage for 4 hours only for that one day. I didn’t like I couldn’t charge my phone. But so far hotel have nice service and it’s safe .

Problems with a TV and had to change rooms. Technician not very knowledgeable, Developed rash on arms and legs perhaps because of bedding or detergent used on sheets.
