I feel like the room could have been cleaner. Stains on the carpet, the bathroom. My room needed a deep cleaning for sure

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a great view of the restaurants and the bed was very comfortable.

Over all a pretty good place to stay. We stayed with our team. Parking is a little crazy don’t fight it just go to the garage. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good.
Only ick….was a nasty mattress pad that clearly had not been cleaned after a spill or something gross.

One issue was the keys. Used 7 or 8. They easily lost the magnetic code, and even when they didnt, you had to play this game of pushing them in and out of the slot 4 or more times a second to get a green light.

There are two hotels to choose from at City Set. The staff, and everything about Hilton, far exceeds our experiences at the Residence Inn. Very, very nice place to stay.

Bathroom was not clean, found black hair on the wall in the shower. When I addressed it with front desk he apologized but told me since I booked thru third party there was nothing he could do.

I stayed at this hotel while I was in town for a meeting. I realize that the Garden Inn is Hilton’s more-affordable branch of hotels but the quality was just not what I expect for a Hilton. Sheets were cheap/scratchy, the furniture and bathroom vanity were worn/dirty, stain on the carpet, and caulk around tub was needing to be replaced.
I also was not impressed with the front desk personnel (not very professional or helpful) and the parking situation at this location was horrible. The front desk said to park anywhere and ignore any signs (2 hour parking, etc) but I didn’t feel comfortable with that. Won’t stay again.

We could not be more thankful for this hotel. We got stuck in Denver for snow and were in a hurry to find a family-friendly hotel. The staff was amazing, the facility was clean, we felt safe, and the surrounding area is very easy to navigate for non-locals with a lot of stores and restaurants close by without the stress of being directly in downtown Denver.

The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, but didn't get our Hilton Honors cookies. Parking was close and easy. Restaurants within a 1 minute walk from hotel.

We stayed on NYE after going to an Avalanche game. The price was SO reasonable, especially compared to downtown. The room was comfortable, loved the little mini store next to the check in desk and the bar and bartender were fabulous. We'd for sure stay here again!

Breakfast could be better. The juice is watered down. One morning, my yogurt tasted bad, and it, as well as all the other yogurts, had expired. The bananas at breakfast were usually verging on black. There was no decaf coffee readily available. Very mediocre breakfast and could easily be a better one.

Key system needs refurbishing. Every time we used the key, we had to go back down to the lobby and get a new key. Key appears to work once and,have to be remagnitized.

It was honestly pretty run down and not very clean. There were bugs in the bathroom sink that kept coming out of the seams. Hair in the shower that wasn’t ours and there was a sketchy brown/red spot on the duvet cover.

Very well maintained hotel, convenient location to Denver and south suburbs. Room was nice! I appreciate the pumps of soap, lotion etc in place of mini bottles. The only negative that I would highlight is the pet fee. Even if you stay for just one night, there is a $75 non refundable charge for having a pet. This is a rather absurd amount to charge. I would be ok with paying $25 non refundable and putting down a deposit that would cover any damage to the room that a pet may cause. Bad on me for not inquiring about the fee when I made the reservation. If I had known that was going to be the pet fee, I would have booked at another hotel that is just as nice and doesn't charge such a high pet fee.

First room had bloody sheets, second room you know the one we were loved to had a mysterious brown stain. Rooms were in terribly dirty condition. Pictures as back up.
