This is a fabulous hotel with a lot of class. The staff were very friendly at check-in, and we got a ground floor as requested. We also had a patio door for easy access to our car. The room was huge, complete with a lot of seating and a sofa bed. The room also had both Microwave and fridge. A lot of hotels only provide a fridge these days. Unfortunately only one night stand with plugs, and we both have CPAP's. We made due with a cooler and extension cord. The cleaning staff were in everyday which means a lot. A lot of hotels do not do that anymore. Although the breakfast is not included, the associated restaurant had great breakfasts for good value. We also had 2 out of 3 dinners there. We were happy with the servings and staff. We had a wonderful experience and when we are back in the area, we will stay here.

The reason I booked the hotel is so that I could have a hot tub. Again hot tub was out of order. Would have been nice to know that at time of booking..

My granddaughters loved the pool, they said this is the best hotel they ever stayed in, the room was very spacious, the washroom was double the size of normal hotel's, and no it wasn't a handicap room.

Shower drain clogged. Housekeeping knocking at 830 am on check out day.
Other than that it’s clean and the restaurant service is top notch.

Great trip. Stayed two night. Nice place to hold a wedding. Bar downstairs is great. No complaints! Love staff.

Clean, comfortable room. The room was very spacious and had many amenities. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, glass mugs, toiletries, sofa, 2 arm chairs, coffee table. King bed was very comfortable. The room was in excellent condition.

My stay was part of a New Year reset and recharge getaway. The staff were all kind and helpful. The restaurant had a great menu and attentive, friendly staff. The gym and pool facilities were amazing, and my stay here was the perfect complement to my purpose.

Upon checkin the staff were efficient & polite. We had booked a standard room, we were assigned an accessible ground floor room (125) which we enjoyed, it was well decorated clean & quiet. Discovered the next morning that the shower that was not working properly (low water flow & virtually no hot water, best we could get was warm). The toilet seat fasteners were loose causing the seat to slide sideways. Posted pool hours are 8:00am to 11:00pm, we attempted around 8:15am to use the pool however it was closed for pool maintenance being performed. Our 2nd attempt around 9:30 in the very clean pool facility was successful. Would certainly book at this location in the future..

The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The service at the restaurant was on the slow side of things but food was good. All and all a good hotel to stay in.

This was a very nice hotel and very near to the 401 for easy access. Onsite pub was great.

The staff were professional and made check in extremely easy, the room was good (wish they would of mentioned there was no tub, as we had a small child with us) the rest was fine but there was someone else’s hair clip in the corner of the room that wasn’t ours so that was a bit odd. Overall was fine, will stay again in the future.
