the clerk had an ENORMOUS/ MASSIVE attitude problem.
check in was aggravating. other people noticed and concurred as well. there were signs of concrete repair but, with aluminum framed old windows quite a lot of road noise. acceptable condition. breakfast was lousy. but, something is better than nothing. conveniently located surrounded by exceptional shopping/ eating. this is an old, old style motel from the 60s or 70s. not really suitable for women and kids. this is two stars and no more. but, the bed was super comfortable.

First, I had two rooms booked and Hotels.com did not send both bookings to the hotel. So I had to spend 30 mins trying to sort that mess out. Secondly, and I cannot emphasize this enough, this is the worst place I have ever stayed. Whoever did the renovation to this place should be fired and lose their license. Bugs, namely spiders, all over the place. In the bedding. Floors were so dirty, when you showered the bottom of the tub was grey from the dirt on your feet.

Half the lights wouldn't turn on , there was only one electric outlet working in the room. Only a half roll of toliet paper was in the room. TV picture was extremely fussy, on the other channels beside the local channels , it wouldn't go full screen and you could see a part of a picture on the right of the screen that flickered continually.

I was there with a weekend getaway with my daughter and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the price. Very friendly and courteous as well. Great location for surrounding sites. Highly recommend and will stay again if I’m back in the area.

Rough start. Due to renovations, upon check in, no water or ice machine. Ended up changing rooms. What started out as a disaster was not a bad stay.

Beds are harder than laying on a pile of bricks and you can hear absolutely everything. Cars going buy, other rooms toilet flushing, people walking on the second floor. Just a super uncomfortable stay but luckily just needed a room for the night so it did the job.

Rooms were better than I expected for the price. Not fancy by any means but well worth the price. Conveniently located and easy to check in

Service was fine, but having the hot water run out in the middle of your shower was not fun, but was the best price in town so take that for what it is worth. I was only staying one night.

No such thing as any breakfast. Only had coffee 😞 only a couple other rooms rented for the night all were right next to each other. Really enjoyed the smokers next door at 5:30 am hacking smoking outside the room

The lady at the help desk was very nice. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned by housekeeping. Opened the door and it looked like people were occupying it. Beds a mess. Garbage and food everywhere. The second room we were assigned didn't have toilet paper or bath towels. Bathroom door didn't close because there was no latch in the frame for it to catch. For the $90 I could have gotten a hot meal included. They say breakfast on the site but there is none.

There was a nice room, bathroom needs update, door to get in was difficult to open, nice breakfast room? Clean and neat, clerk was a sweetie, and outside needs landscaping

The mattresses were extremely used and offered little back support. Bathroom had exposed, broken tiles, tub extremely worn. Told that breakfast was from 7am to 9 am. The lobby was locked up tight when we arrived for breakfast at 7:05 am and no one was around. Another guest came to try the door again as we were leaving to get breakfast elsewhere. Not the best start to our day of travel.

Place had roaches! And food from other people that have stayed in the room before us, don’t clean under beds. Overall very dirty.

The hotel is very dated. The room was clean but did not smell very clean as it was musty. The neighbors were loud. The breakfast was not very good at all

Staff was nice I guess but like they didn’t have towels so I had to like dry off with the jank hair dryer and like I said ended up burning my balls with it.

Worst hotel experience. Rooms were smelly. TV didn’t work. But, worst of all, did not feel safe. There were many people in parking lot outside door, smoking weed, drinking and making noise. Hotel staff seemed to act as if this was a normal Friday night. We left hotel just two or three hours after checking in as we did not feel safe Expedia no help at all. Do not stay here.

WARNING! DANGEROUS PROPERTY!! Drug use on the property, filthy, dark alley emtrance to 1st floor rooms. Disgusting accommodations. Management refused to reimburse us after seeing the terrifying conditions amd were unable to stay with my 80 year old mother out of fear.

The room was dirty.one of the beds was not made, dirty bed linens were thrown on the floor,room stunk. We did not stay at this dive when we saw the room and the Hotel .

I like that they had a smoking room because I am a smoker! I did not like that the room was dirty, no vending machines on property, door was hard to get closed, and there was no coffe in the room at all! Would not recommend this site to anyone!

Not very clean, toilet made an awful noise after each flush. Mattress was not good to sleep on. Both my husband and I woke up with our backs hurting.

Scary place! None of the lights were plugged in or could reach an outlet. Water smelled like rotten eggs. Furniture old. Dead spider in the bed.. Bathroom floor visibly not cleaned. Disgusting.

I really like the hotel. I thought it looked really nice even though I didn’t go swimming in the clean pool. I still loved it either way! Thank you guys so much for letting us stay here!

Good location and the room had been updated at one point but in our double bed room 1 mattress needed replacing, shower curtain had mold on it, coffee pot cleanliness was iffy and there was no information about breakfast times or anything else. There is a pool but we did not visit it. It was a fairly quiet stay with a lot of cable channel options and close to restaurants and stores.

The door did not shut all the way leaving space for bugs to get in, which they did. Was loud and could hear other guests throughout the night.
