We travel a lot for a couple. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in unfortunately. Maids knock at 7:30 am. We had people knock on our door at 3-4-5-6 am.

Room was ok. The sink did not have a handle. Outside was very sketchy.

The hotel was EXTREMELY gross, my sheets had dried blood, cigarette burns on the comforter and pillow cases, the front desk only gave us a sheet and comforter and told us to change the sheets!! Also, a long with the toilet seat and floor in the bathroom. The phone for the room wouldn't work, their wasn't even a plug in for the phone. The wifi was so weak, we just used our phones data. This hotel was EXTREMELY nasty!! I will be calling hotels.com over this stay and the non existent of cleanliness they have for their property is beyond disgusting and very disappointing!

The front desk clerk who I am assuming the owner gave me a hard time checking in b/cwe had 3 dogs. I booked on the hotels.com app while driving at 11;00 PM which did not ask the # of pets or if any were service animals. When I was checking in, the clerk asked how many pets being as tired as I was I answered 3 without even thinking to mention 2 were service dogs. The clerk immediatley jumped my case and told me there was a 2 pet limit and we could not stay. I told him to give me my monry back then and he said he could not do that because I did not cancel within 24 hours. I told him Im not cancelling he wont let us stay, so he needed to refund my money which he refused to do. I then said then I'll just book an extra room, he then went to the desk closed out all the rooms on the hotels.com app and told me they were sold out which was not the case because at 11 pm they had 7 rooms left and it was now just midnight. Finally my husband got back from the gas station and reminded me this jerk was violating ADA law. He showed the guy his disabled veteran card and the jerk asked to see the dogs' service papers which is against the law for him to do. He finally gave in when my husband reminded him he was violating federal law, however the guests that were checking in after us told us when they saw un unloading in the parking lot that the staff/owners were talking garbage about us in the lobby. Nice way to treat someone who fought for your right to come to this country and run a business

If you dont want anything above the literal standard of a hotel stay and just need somewhere to lay your head; This is the property for you. After being switched to a new room due to the heat not working; I realized... Washtowels, Handtowels, and drying towels; Only two of each in the room for my 3 person reservation. I Ventured to the front desk to request some, and was swiftly presented with a no. And still as of now, im not sure if the NO was for not having the towels, or I can't have the towels in general.

It was worth the money. Pet friendly. Parking lot had trash all around the back and the fridge still had food not cleaned out but other than those two things it was a pleasant stay.

I did not like that people sit on the stairs and leave all there po section on the stairs where everybody have to walk at

The room was nice, clean. The staff was very nice. They were reroofing the motel and caused a mess on the grounds but was cleared up quickly. It caused some parking problems but overall I would reccommend this place.

The shower head has mold inside and water pressure horrid. Sink has hole in it and the faucet has come loose of it's base.

There was banging at the door in the middle of the night, we complained at the front desk but no on inquired. We had to leave the property as we were not feeling safe. Plus the rooms were really dirty with mold everywhere

It was sufficient for one night stay to catch an early flight the next morning. Although I would find a better place next time, the location was good for the airport, but there were dead bugs in the bathroom no hairdryer or coffee pot, but there was a refrigerator and microwave absolutely no storage for your clothes if you were there for a longer time.

The room was clean, and amenities were worn and redone Other guests were arguing loudly in front of our room. Not the Motel's fault but maybe reflective of their clientele.

How can Motel 6 let their properties fall into such disrepair? What the standards used to be are no longer followed. Dirty linens. Dirty light fixtures, switches, and switch plates. Stains in the tub. Loose toilet. No vent in shower area with obvious mold on the ceiling. Dirty floors. The corners of the rooms are filled with dirt and hair. The outside of the building needs paint and was covered with spider webs. Where are the standards of cleanliness?

I had originally reserved a room for two nights then I showed up a day early and asked to have a night added. They denied any booking even when I showed them the expedia confirmation. I thought we got it all straight then came back to find someone else in my room and all my personal belongings in trash bags loaded into a dirty shopping cart. This was a horrible experience.

when we came they just said they have not got a room even though it we have prepaid. Thats the worst treatment I have ever seen

The room was great little issue with a/c not cooling enough. Room was big and clean. Convenience to what we had to do. Just watch bill when checking in. Prepaid room on line. Had to pay differnt price higher when got there. Elevator slow working. But was good

Air conditioner and bed making good but room was to duty no towels no soap trash full no good next time do better don’t give out unready room and money was a lot for all that

I just needed a place to sleep before going to the airport in the morning. I chose it because of it's close proximity to the airport. The place appeared to be a "hook up" motel. There was a used sex toy laying on the ground in the parking lot and women of questionable repute and dress walking around at night. The room was not that clean with a used wash cloth still in the shower. I felt like I did not want to sleep in the bed. I was glad to be out of there early the next morning. I would not recommend.

The stay was comfortable. A lot of traffic. I suspected locals, people going to the lake, Nashville Shores, or just staying in the Old Hickory area. All you need is right there or on Lebanon road. The only reason I would not stay again is because they act like they didn't understand you, the floors held a lot of moisture, and someone hit my car and tore it up. They have cameras, but they can't see what happened. Other than that, there were hotels across the street and a shopping plaza. Everything was on the other side of the street. Overall, I liked the room. I didn't have my own coffee maker. This was my first motel, I think, anywhere. I usually stay in a hotel. Now, the bed was uncomfortable for me because I am older. Older people need to bring pillow which I will do the hext time. Other than that, I like that area for a stay.. There are hotels on Lebanon Road too.

The hotel was conveniently located off of I40. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to honor my request for a first floor room for our elderly dog. Room was updated and clean. The property was well maintained although there were random people walking around the back area. Overall great overnight stay for us and our pets.

The walls in the room were multi color, and they had repairs done on the walls that were not painted. The sink would not drain. The air condition was very noisy. I would not suggest anyone to stay here for the price it costs.

Disgusting rooms. Active prostitution occuring in hotel rooms. Nastiest motel i have wver had to stay in.

My son was disappointed that the pool was closed but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at this location.

Noise felt like i was being watched. No usb charger port.
