Quiet hotel and close to the center

Room was lovely. View over the Rhine was great - spent a lot of time watching the barges go by. Balcony was large which made it comfortable. Great breakfast

Lovely room with a beautiful view, very comfortable. Location is quiet with easy access by car or bus from Central Station. Excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet.

Nice location, great staff, wonderful breakfast, but the hotel rooms really need an update in many ways. Stairs only to 3rd floor and not easy with luggage.

Our room was on the lower floor old style, clean and reprrsentsble, but needing refurbishing. The sliding door security lock was not properly working and the mosquito screen was defect. For a 4star hotel room, instant coffee made with hot water in stead of an automated fresh coffee machine and no available iron machine/rack in the room is not acceptable. The area was lovely and really quiet on the river nederrijn with surreal mystical views from your balcony. Will think twice next time if I visit again.

Slow internet - almost no pressure in the shower… I didn’t like - too old :-(

Disappointed - bad internet, terrible shower, and well - as the receptionist said when I checked in - well, everything could really need a total makeover :-(

We ask for a room with two separate beds and got a room with one bed with two mattresses, when I call the front desk they told me “just separate them “. Old looking. Nice location and view, food from room service is ok.

Good location just out of town, within walking distance, with free parking.
Quiet, day and night, and lovely view of the Rijn river from our room.
Pleasant helpful staff.

The view to the Rijn was very nice. Breakfast was also nice. Restaurant has nice view to the Rijn.
The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious.
Very friendly staff.
Only two things I didn't like.
The balcony is not private. You are sharing the balcony with the guest next to you.
The bed was two single beds that were put next to each other, to make one double bed. Very uncomfortable to sleep as a couple

Great location looking out to the river Rhine, Thoroughly enjoyed the view of the river all day including at dusk and dawn and big boats going up. The staff was very nice and accommodating, adding an extra bed for us.
The facility is not new, but comfortable. The elevator clunked when it stopped but other than that, everything was perfect.

The location is beautiful! Excellent buffet breakfast choices. Nice outdoor patio dining. My room had a beautiful view on the river Rijn.

We stayed one night and didn’t have high expectations. We booked the jr suite to have more room. Those rooms have tubs and a hand held shower head. There bathtub wasn’t clean and even had hair in it. The drain didn’t work which made it worse. Coffee machine was broken as well. Not recommended.

Great views of the river from room or terrace bar. Bed very comfortable, room clean, great bathroom. Only stayed one night will probably return when I get the chance. Nice location riverside, Quite a way into town centre, bus stop not far away and I am taxi widely available although, didn't use as weather was great had a lovely walk along the riverside.

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed in, within walking distance from the centre of Arnhem, our room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our holiday,it's in a very quiet location, the view over the River was perfect.
We didn't need to speak to the staff much, as we didn't have any problems during our stay, but when we did everyone was always friendly and welcoming.
