My Tom wasn’t clean the tub was really dirty with a ring around the tub so that was a big issue it looked ad if someone had rolled in the mud and then took a shower I don’t know how housekeeping missed that.It was quiet and there wasn’t a point when I didn’t feel safe so that was a plus.

Beds very dirty and room, bathroom looked like it was never cleaned urine stains on toilet seat. Wires exposed and cover off of AC window unit. Stains on bed sheets, hair, and still trash in trash cans.

I would not stay here again.

Poor lighting inside the room; no trash can in room; curtains do not completely block lights from outside. Bathtub was dirty.

The only thing i appreciated about this place was the guy behind the desk. He promptly fixed the issues which was nice. Other than that EVERYTHING was horrible. The first room we checked into was the single king bed bottom floor. Walked in and instantly smelled old cigarette smells and must. Started examining the beds and baseboards like i do everywhere i stay. Couldnt see any bugs or eggs at this point but multiple condom wrappers, various other trash, and god knows what else. As i preceded to the bathroom i was disappointed by what i seen even more. It was almost like being in a 3rd world country and i refused to shower or use the toliet. As im looking i happen to see something moving on the floor. When i shine a light on it i realize its a baby cockroach crawling across the bathroom floor. Im done and i called the front desk and he came over to look. He agreed to move us inside to a 3rd floor room with double beds. Again that room wasnt much better and smelt terrible but no bugs and no trash. It was late so we just dealt with it. At one point the door stopped working and anyone could have just walked in. They were quick to fix it when we did finally realize it wasnt locking anymore. I HIGHLY recommend you go anywhere but here!

The saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. My family (spouse and child) were in town for a baby shower. Unfortunately, it was also the weekend of the bowl game so ALL hotels were outrageously priced OR full. We were grateful to get a room, but that's about it. The tub/shower were so disgusting we didn't dare step foot in it. The bed sheets had stains so we went and bought our own. The beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel smelled AWFUL. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are in desperate need.

Staff was super nice. Easy check in. Clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely return.

The room is medew all the way through but I’ve been staying there weekly and this was just so bad it’s been bad but today was just the worst I’ve ever smelled it

found mess in microwave. some said it was a dead rat. maintenance guy said whatever it was the microwave caught it on fire. waited an hour for them to remove it and they gave me cart to move into walkway. later guy came with a different one. was good here cause I could park at door. have stayed here too much I think. maybe they just don't like me

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of privacy.

Very quite and made for a good night sleep.

Booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds with one room being handicap accessible. When we arrived we were told it was 1 room and we would have to pay extra for the second. After showing the email of the booking they agreed to the 2 rooms but did not provide a handicap room and charged extra anyway. Yhey also made 1 of yhe rooms a queen bed and we had to take it. Absolutely will not be staying there again.

It's very bad condition and rooms are smell very bad.

We did not even have a chair in our room. We shouldn’t have to sit in the toilet to put on our shoes!!!!!

This place is very dirty

Was quite even tho just off the main road and highway. Right next to a Texas Roadhouse if you want to sit down and grab a bite, or several other dinning options within walking or short 5 min drive. If your a cookie or coffee fan both are just up the road by a target. There’s also a Panera just across the street. The rooms were clean. The room was mostly updated. There was a pool tho it wasn’t open during my stay. As a hole it was a nice affordable room in a great location near anything you might need. If you book ahead you might even be able to catch dinner and a show beef and boards theater witch is always has a wonderful show and food. For the price and location it’s hard to beat.

Half of the rooms appeared as if they had been broken into. Things were pretty unkempt and the rooms looked to be furnished with old used furniture. The staff wasn't the most friendly lot either. Not a good experience. But hey, we survived so I guess that's a plus.

Guys running around from room to room the smell of drugs heavily in the air loud music and front desk and staff took a very long time checking us in which made it very uncomfortable because they were dealing with a young guy who wanted his money back for the condition of the room so police was called and that left me and another guess waiting for there resolution and this was the beginning of my till 2 in the morning check in

Dirty, messy and unsafe. Outlet covers were missing for the ice machine that was outside, and the smoke detector in the hall way of the 3rd floor by the elevator was covered up with tape. I have attached pictures from under both beds. And the other picture

Decent and clean hotel for the price. It is also convenient to food.
