Very Dirty

Customer services was amazing, rooms are dirty(out dated and old) and no way would i use the sheets (brought my own) but for the price bring your own blankets and towels and you are set :)

I was under the impression that breakfast would be served, not so no ice bucket in room, no Kleenex either. The shower was dirty. Just a bad experience overall.

To say that this place was unclean is an understatement. It smelled musty, even after I sprayed an entire can of lysol in there. The sheets and bedskirts were torn, foreign hairs everywhere. Mold on the carpet next to the fridge. No sink stopper. Used soap left in the shower. We would have left, if we thought we'd get our $$ back and it was 9pm already. The nice guy at the front desk showed me a document about not getting a refund after 20 minutes and kind of alluded that people used this hotel by the hour. Because we had already paid online, we decided to brave it. I took off the bed covers and slept in my clothes with my shoes still on! My teenager didn't even use the bathroom, but held it until the next morning. The lightswitch by the door doesn't turn anything on, so you have to walk in and press/turn the switches on in the dark. At least the mattresses were on platforms so nothing lurking under the beds. Wi-Fi worked decent. TV worked: local channels only.

The pool was green with algae, there is NO breakfast offered even though the web site says there is. The towels were thin and scratchy and only 2 offered with 1 wash cloth. There are many other properties in the Paris area, go there.

Dirty sheets with insect husks.

I had to clean the bathroom upon checkin myself. No housekeeping on staff that day(Friday). The pool was closed, the breakfast area was closed. The side door of the office was broken. I have never seen a more rundown hotel. The next morning the toilet stopped up and overflowed onto the floor. Tried to call office, phone did not work. Went to office to tell them about the toilet. They sent plunger and old sheet to fix that. No maintenance people on duty. We decided to go to another hotel. It was just too much. The pillows smelled so bad we could not sleep on them. We will never go back there.

Ice machine not working (part on order for a while) and no breakfast as advertised. They told us that this has been going on since Covid and they have not gotten permission to start breakfasts again. I fel tit was false advertising. Also, the pool was out of service.

It's disgustingly dirty. it smells horrible the sheets and towels are disgusting.

The air conditioning smelled like sweetly body Order so bad I couldn’t sleep , towels were stained and sink had dried insects at knob.

The room was the filthest motel/ hotel room ive ever stayed in period.bug filled microwave. Piss oder in carpet. And in bathroom. The carpet turned your bare feet black.

The bathroom area was not clean. Towels were old and needed replaced with new ones. The perimeter of the room was not vacuumed or dusted. Surprisingly, the carpet was clean.

The man who checked us in was great ! The condition of the motel is not great but served the purpose. The price was very reasonable.

It was an amazing, calm stay

Nice property. Only drawback was the towels. Just thin, cheap towels. It’s a nice area, safe and quiet and the front desk was very nice.

We needed a dog-friendly hotel and found this one. It could really use some updating and a deep cleaning. The bathroom door didn’t shut because of foundation issues. We turned the ceiling fan on and were afraid it was going to fall down, it was so wobbly. Lights didn’t turn on and some outlets didn’t work. Expedia said this hotel offered breakfast but it does not.

Just what we wanted a good clean place to sleep.

It was nasty

The room wasn’t in the best shape. TV is all scratched up and it took 30 minutes for the water to get hot.

Unfriendly staff. Says pet friendly and not true. Says breakfast and nothing but coffee.

The bed has random hairs in it. I should’ve known what I was getting for the price. Definitely do not recommend.

We really liked that we had our own private entrance to our room. It was clean and to our satisfaction. There were enough things to do in the area. The Hobby Lobby was across the street about 1/2 mile away, along with many other outlet shops. There was a walmart nearby, and restaurants close by. Had to drive to the downtown. Breakfast was fantastic.

The room was filthy, bed spread, pillow cases, and sheets were both stained and dirty. The fridge had mold in it, the mircowave had burnt cheese in it, the lamp cord was spliced, the bathtub was dirty and had a razor top in it still. A guy walked up to me as soon as I got checked in and asked me if was looking for any drugs and he could help me if I was he was the man.not just weed, he had it all. And apparently lived there

The property was normal. But Disappointed because was mentioned complementary breakfast during booking but there was no breakfast facility.

It's an older property and needs upgrading so your wife/gf will probably complain if you don't give them a heads up. Shower was hot.
