Tv didn’t work, bathroom unclean, renovations noisy, carpet missing

When I got to the room I turned on the bathroom light and there were cockroaches walking on the floor.

Noisy with traffic and loud mufflers, bathroom sink and shower wall are damaged. No shops for miles. Room is spacious and OK clean, walking distance to bus stop and cruise dock.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the carpeting was nasty and coming up from the floor. The bed was somewhat comfortable but not worthy of getting under the covers.

This is by far the grossest motel I have ever seen. This place had bugs, stains, and had clearly not been cleaned. My partner and I were on a long drive and needed some sleep. My guy doesn't like to make a fuss and he was exhausted, so we just tried to get a few hours sleep and leave. It was not worth it.

Ok at first glance. Didn’t realize this was an old motel 6. Room was ok. But it being a non smoking room and you can smell someone smoking in the building all the time.

smoke filled hallway room smelled musty, mold in shower, hole in the wall above bed, air conditioner didn't work, graffiti on bath room door....we walked in the room ... spent about 15 min and left in anger...worst hotel room ever hands down... am demanding my money back....

Staff was great. Nothing wonderful about the property. Good enough to sleep the night before I headed off on a cruise. Looked and smelled like first floor got wet from recent storms. Easy 5 minute walk to the cruise port.

The price was supposed to be $90 it was $130.
The Hotel was a drug infested crack house.
The elevator didn't work and we we were situated on the top floor.
The room was disgusting and dirty. Street people were yelling and screaming all night. STAY away.

Room smelled like smoke. Furniture had cigarette burns. Bath towels were paper thin. Advertise breakfast but no breakfast or coffee available. Very very out dated.

The furniture was old stained and falling apart. It was to late to rebook something else. We left to buy a new bedding set at ross for $50.00. There were holes in the wall a brokedn towel tack . The room stunk of cigarettes and there was old chiness food left in the microwave. I would NEVER come here again.

Hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since it was built. Hallways and elevators smelled like pet urine. Hotel also has a very musky wet smell. No hot water in the room sink. Free wifi doesn't work and there is no coffee pots in the room.

The room was in terrible shape, like they were going to start a rehab project and decided not to. Plastic was covering the fire detector, there were sharp edges arourd the door where they removed the molding strip. Cigarette burn marks everywhere. Just straight filthy.

The hotel and room needs a lot of maintenance. It smelled of cigarette smoke through the lobby and hallways, the walls in the room were scarred and damaged; there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. The towels need to be larger - I am not a big person but could not get the towels wrapped around.
However, bed was comfortable; faucets and shower had warm and cold water and all fixtures worked.
The reception service was very friendly and accommodating.

A plain but adequate hotel handy to the cruise ship terminal and close to good restaurants and shops and harbour walks.

The only reason we stayed here, was because we are going on a cruise tomorrow. And the Hotel is very near where we have to biard.

I liked the lady in the room next to mine cuz she came to my door drunk, and got undressed in a room and then left.

This hotel was deplorable. Where do I start? The only thing nice in the room was the floor. The refride and microwave looked like they were from the 70's, there was graffiti on one of the arm chairs and in the drawer of the desk. The towel rack was ripped off the wall and the window had spacing in the frame. One of the noisiest room . Needless to say the bed was horrible...too old and soft.

Entirely Unsanitary. There was a strong smell of urine upon entering, stains and rips in the furniture and carpeting, food/drink spilled onto the window and air conditioner. We left and requested a refund.

What i did like is a good place to stay obe night to be able to be near the port for cruise the next day ..stress free.

We would like to report the following incident which happed during my stay. The shower head flew out and hit my head. The water sprayed all around in the bathroom and tub was flooded and would not drain. It was very dangerous to come out of the bathroom. I would like the full refund and the expense for the medical injuries caused. The furniture was also broker. The bed has a frame protruding that hit my shin. The carpet was damaged and ripped off leaving a very foul ordor.
We can email you the pictures of the incident and broken furniture. I would suggest removing this hotel from your list as more people may get injured and seriously hurt by the unsafe and dangerous furniture and bathroom.

Really dirty, people taking ice in automatic machines front my door all the night and most surprising when yesterday you take again 127$ on my account after taking 135$ 21th November. Didn’t understand and ask refund my money please.

The room was dirty. The blanket had stains or dirt on it and roaches in the bathroom. Walls had exposed sxrews and nails and holes in some places.. Would not recommend..

There was water dripping from the ceiling when the room above us was taking a shower. The baseboards were not connected to the wall. There is a hole in the sink. There is a bunch a little bugs everywhere. The gate to get into the building was broken.

Stayed one night before my cruise the next day it’s not fancy or new but it’s 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal and the price was 1/3 the cost or the near by “fancy” hotel, the staff remember me from the last time I stayed here and even gave me the same room with the waterfront view I enjoyed!

Its disgusting...mold in tub, very dirty, stained amd tipped chair....we actually moved the chair in front of the door. We found a cap of a needle in the room. It was so disgusting we slept in oir clothes!

At first was on the Second floor. Looked to be under construction. Smell was terrible. People smoking pot in their rooms. Room was all floor, no carpet. Walls were damaged hair all over the bathroom floor. Bed was like a rock. Asked to get a new room. Moved us to the 3rd floor. Room was much better. Carpet. Bed was softer. Towels were thin but felt safer vs the second floor. Looked like rough type customers. Excellent location. Hotel not so much. Would be a amazing place if they put the money in to fix it. Sad. I wont return.
