Very clean, the front desk person walked up to check the room before handing me the key, realized it smelled a little off and gave me another room without having to ask for it.

Room was huge and very clean. Great amenities. Bed was comfortable.

The place to stay for a show at the Arcada Theatre. It was SO cold the night we stayed and the room was nice and warm when we arrived. Clean, comfortable. Flat screen HDTV with remote. Nice shower and bed. Frig and microwave. You are staying on the main drag so you are close to everything. The restaurant next door has delicious food!!

This is a 2 level property that does not have an elevator, and all of the rooms are external rooms. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the selection at breakfast. There is a family restaurant right next to the parking lot.

Second time staying here. This time floor in bathroom stayed wet like water was leaking and towels had very bad smell like seafood.

I had a good experience staying in Best Western, in Plymouth, NH. However, the Best Western in St. Charles was an exception. Very dirty floors in the bathroom and dirty carpets. The iron board was broken. It looked like a lower class motel; not the best representation of the Best Western brand.

Basic double queen room. More attention needed to clean dusty corners, surfaces and toilet paper holders. But room was mostly ok.

Other than that, I highly recommend. It was a solid stop n stay.

It was just an older hotel with doors to the rooms on the outside. It smelled strongly of cleaner in the room. We left the door open for about an hour, and then it was OK. The room was clean.

Our room was clean and the hotel clerk was very friendly.
The only thing I would suggest is newer bath towels.
They were paper thin.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very disappointed as we typically stay in Marriott properties and now I know why. The chemical cleaning smell was so overpowering when we walked in the room, I hoped to air it out. But, with no windows in the room and rainy weather, it was not possible to bring in fresh air.
The stairway to the 2nd level was very narrow and difficult to climb with luggage. There was a room that we had to walk past that had curtains that had fallen from the track and looked appalling. Would not stay here again!!

Property location is very conveneient, but decore is older and worn. We felt safe and it clean, but not what we expect when compared with Comfort or Hilton which were priced similarly. Breakfast area coffee machine not in service--meh. Probably be a last resort in the future.

The employees were nice, but the hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in… the mattress is a back killer, the smell of the pine tree in the room is extremely strong, it makes you feel like you are sleeping in the restroom!
The pictures looks waaaay better then the reality. My back really hurt from the bed and I wanted to rest before the road trip… it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Check in was fine. Room was mediocre at best. Breakfast was nothing to be excited about whatsoever. Pool was closed but was thinking it was due to remodel. Found staff was using area for food preparation and pool was definitely not being remodeled. Very disappointed. Gym had no towels or disinfecting wipes to use. Check out was at 11 and we used the privacy tag but still had someone knocking on our door before 10:30. Will not be staying here again

Furniture not in the best condition. Already left, desk chair was shredding , what a mess! No pool available in 95 degrees day!

The gentleman who helped me was awesome. I accidentally booked a handicap room, didn't mean to, and someone was in it. No biggie i was not mad, so we switched my room not sure if the room was suppose to cost extra but i was not charged extra for the room at all which was nice. I actually enjoyed staying here, for it being of a busy road it was quiet

Stayed the night in the jacuzzi room and had to listen to them bag and repair the room right across the room. Vending machines are broken and pool isn’t open due to remodel, however nothing is even being done and they don’t tell you the pool is closed until you get there and have no choice but to pay because you can’t cancel at that time.

Hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrading, but is clean overall. Nice sized room with comfortable bed. Shower was a bit low on pressure and drain had a tricky plug. Breakfast area was a little small and choices were eggs and sausage, waffles,, bagels and toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit, one juice and coffee. Not the largest selection, but everything was good. Service was nice and accommodating. Room was quiet. Great location with numerous food choices nearby. Overall a decent hotel at a good price. I would recommend.

First room was the WORST smelling cigarette odor ever. Second room almost as bad. I started the refund process but then he took me to another room with a very strong rose scent. I begrudgingly agreed. An hour later the rose scent dissipated and what smell was remaining? Grunge and cigarettes. So they must have sent someone to spray air freshener to get me to stay. It was an awful night, this is such a low grade hotel, I couldn't wait to leave. I will never stay at a BW again. Took a pic of the chair in the "suite" they put me in.
