My visit this stay at this hotel definitely wasn't the same. Customer service was ok unlike my first visit here where customer service was very welcoming Ready to assist, but I didn't get that vibe this visit. Parking was open my first visit this visit now you need a permit to park, enter and exit the facility. My room last visit was immaculate, clean and welcoming. This recent visit my room was half clean and muggy with a stale odor. Immediately began to spray the room down with Lysol. The bathroom was the worst dripping sink and tub faucet, half empty bottles of body wash and shampoo and conditioner. Which sat on the side of the tub like someone's house unorganized, no trash bag in the can. Carpet not vacuumed, smudges on every night stand. Bathroom counter top look like someone has been pecking at it with something... Not a good experience for me this go round... Won't give up though... But I will mention if I Decide to stay again...

Just getting to the point the hotel is very run down on the inside. The room was not very well kept. The mattress didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The bathroom wasn’t clean the tub had some kind of red stuff in it. The sink had dog hair all over it which I had to end up cleaning both. The ridge didn’t work the wasn’t a microwave in the room. The lobby was always very noisy. The selection on the tv was terrible no trash bags in the trash cans. It was just very rundown for the price.

Room was nice, i had booked a suite to ensure a comfortable stay but that wasn’t the case but it had all the potential to be a great stay. I must admit I am disappointed i was here for a work trip but when I first arrived I was charged $100 for incidentals which is standard but I was charged the $100 two times so it was $200 total for incidentals. I had issues connecting to the internet so I wasn’t able to work from the room. I couldn’t really unpack and get comfortable due to the roaches. I seen a few so I just kept my stuff closed up and I was out for most of my time so I kept my belongings with me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet staff.

Everything was nothing but amazing.. My only issue was we could ot find a luggage cart

The room was awesome, but restroom was average. We loved the stay

I guess I didn't ready the fine print that self parking was $20 a day, so that was a surprise, but that's on me, I guess, but I did think it was neat that that parking lots are gated and you have to scan your card to enter...kinda weird that you have to also scan to exit, though. The only things that I would say that I did not like about the property was that they have no microwaves in the rooms or the lobby and no real refrigerators for food, only a small cooler type fridge. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows left a lot to be desired. Positives though, loved the aesthetics of the property, it's in walking distance of Perimeter Mall, the patio area and lobby are beautiful, and the rooms look very nice. I would definitely stay again.

They charge $17 for WiFi. Staff was very helpful. Pay $20 for parking. But the area was great.

Hotel staff and service was nice but the hotel itself is very old and run down. Hotel was unclean and I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs.

The rooms are in disrepair and need to be remodeled, and there is a mess representation about a lot of things on the app versus what you get

Nice area. Only one entrance into hotel. No microwave in room. Sparse staff . Beautiful and spacious room.

There tv service sucked no channels worked properly and the wifi is horrible also but other than that the hotel was beautiful

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that drinks in the bar were quite expensive in my opinion.

The room we booked was really spacious unfortunately we felt that there was a lot of space that were not utilised. Room and bathroom were cleaned. The bathroom was in a bad condition. The counter top was pockmarked with chips that went down to the middle. The faucets of the shower and sink were loose and damaging the countertop. The toilet paper holder was placed so far away from the toilet bowl that it was hard to reach. The shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles rack was missing from the wall except for 2 holes on the bathtub area. The bottles were placed carelessly on the soap holder. Lastly the shelf under the sink was detached and was not repaired. Overall it’s a good stay, the beds were very comfortable but the condition of the bathroom was disappointing.

It was pretty good. Although the Hotels.com website states that Wi-Fi is free, it is actually only free for Marionette members, and non-members had to pay more than $12. Please update with correct information.

Property is very good particular for business travel. Unfortunately the parking charge was an unpleasant surprise.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was great! They needed my two bed option room and bumped me up to a really nice room!

We were first assigned to a room that was already occupied. I thought for the half-hour waste of our time (standing in line again)and the embarrassment of the situation that we might get a slightly nicer room upon reassignment, but we did not. We were in a rush to make our dinner reservation, so we let it slide. The room is very well designed, but there needs to be some maintenance on the bathroom counter.

Property not well maintained. Check in not welcoming and cold.

Customer service was really helpful and great vibe food and drinks was great as well

TV Cable in main bedroom didn't work. Dining room chairs vinyl seat covers were damaged. Excellent room, very clean
