Tried to check in at 3pm. Room not ready. Restaurant closed. Walked 10 mins to have something to eat. Called hotel at 4:00pm,
4:05pm and 4:10pm to check if room was ready. Each time, front desk answered, placed me on hold immediately and then just never picked back up. Walked back at 4:30pm, room was ready. Walked into room, it was on the bottom floor and the door was in the lobby (rm 146). Carpets sticky, bathroom moldy, writing table sticky and dirty. It’s the kind of hotel that you need to wear slippers. It was my wife and i’s first
Night away without kids in 2 years. Wife started crying. We just handed keys back to front desk, told them we’re going to stay somewhere else and left. No apology/refund, anything. This was easily the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in the Hilton Woburn instead, which was nice.

I was very disappointed with the suites. The suites are not as the pictures. It so dated and the bathroom is so small and have SHOWER CURTAINS That's so gross. I found crumbs on the side of the bed and dust on the furniture. Only thing good was the staff and the breakfast.

Everything was fine - some cosmetic work is needed - there are some worn carpets, for example - but a decent price and over all the room was comfortable. The bathroom, however, bizarrely lacked an exhaust fan (and didn't have a window). I assumed it was broken, but when I reported this, was told there wasn't one. This meant, among other things, that after taking a shower, one got ready in front of a foggy mirror. There was also a sliding wooden door to the bathroom which stuck when being opened and closed and then made a bit of a racket when yanked. I was told someone would fix it, but that wasn't done during our stay.
All the staff people I interacted with were very nice.

Friendly, helpful, upbeat staff was a major plus during my stay for the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association clinic this weekend. Great venue. You see the staff’s pride wether it be the front desk, restaurant, banquet, housekeeping and
Maintenance. Breakfast was a home run!! Thanks to all!!

I arrived at 12:10 am and there was no staff to be found. I had to find another place to stay after traveling all day.
Any stranger could of walked in and accessed the propery.

So great. Easy off the highway. Right behind a huge marketplace. Hotel is up to date and clean. Pub/bat is great

Too bad they didn’t have dinner, the bar has a few items. No pool, has a gym.

Nice hotel, room was clean and bed very comfortable. The bathroom was in need of an update though….very old fixtures and vibe. Hotel allows dogs which is great for dog lovers but annoying when you’re trying to sleep and the dog next door barks all night. If they’re going to allow dogs, they should put those guests in a different part of the hotel so not to disturb other guests. The breakfast was decent but i hate eating off of paper plates and plastic flatware. All in all a decent place for one night, i would have asked for a different room away from the barking dogs if i planned to stay longer.

Wonderful hotel at which we've stayed many times. This time, however, one of this 11 story hotel's two elevators was out of service for "renovations". This was unacceptable. In addition, room have recently been very nicely updated. The beds, however, have not. The bed in our room was saggy and appeared old.

TV didn’t work (could turn on and off but couldn’t use other buttons), and there was a hair in the sink, but breakfast was decent and beds super comfortable. And the location is quiet and convenient.

This was a very nice and beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a feast so A to that. The only downside was the limited dining options in the area but I would stay there again.

We were traveling up to Maine for a wedding and stopped in Mass to visit friends. We had stayed in Four Points Sheraton Wakefield earlier in the year and had a great stay. At that time we were in the tower and the rooms were newer or remodeled.However, this time we were put in the what I call the low rise rooms. The room was large however it appeared to be an older wing. The bathroom smelled moldy and it was very tiny. There was hardly any water in the toilet and it was not clean. It had an older wall AC that was rusty and during the night stopped getting cool. I was very disappointed.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as pictures on the website. The grounds were very well maintained and lush. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety and amazing taste. Enjoyable experience.
