When we got there, I pull the sheet back to spray the bed down and the sheet had blood on it. Call to the front desk and she came and change the bed. She stated whoever made that bed had to see it. She was very apologetic about it. I was not happy at all and I felt that I should’ve paid the full price for the room. This was very unacceptable.

It was ok. The room was fairly clean. Service wasnt top notch and location was ok.

We only stayed one night, but it was a super easy check in, parking, etc. Room is what you expect. I’d stay again.

The people at the front desk were nice enough. I decided to stay twice and ended up with two different hotel rooms. The beds were clean, but the bed side tables were both sticky and gross. I had to clean myself. I just think some more cleaning would be good.

Comfortable

Upon checking in the lady was very short and snappy. Stating that I was lucky I prepaid for the room because there was a town fall festival that weekend and she sells out every night. I asked if she recommended anything we should do or see and she stated there was a lot and I should just look it up or have looked it up before I drove up there. Well that was the start. The pictures on Expedia DO NOT give an accurate description of the hotel. What you see are only the rooms attached to the check in and breakfast area. The rest is a motel style set up facing the back of a restaurant. You can barely see the views if you get stuck in one of these rooms. The parking spots are directly in front of each door so if you get stuck next to people who are up late, have loud vehicles or smoke you will hear everything. Yes it may be out of their control to some degree nevertheless it’s an inconvenience. You’ll even hear a lot of from the restaurant as well. The room was not inspected or cleaned properly. The microwave had a thick layer of sticky goop. The next day I asked for it to be cleaned. Housekeeping came left towels and made the bed. Microwave still disgusting. Had to find housekeeping and ask them to clean it myself. Ceiling tiles lifted in a lot of areas and gaps in the outlets. Curtains don’t close all the way allowing for people walking by to see inside the room. Vending machine broken and no ice machine in the building we were in.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast

Stay was great except for housekeeping banging on the door at bed time to offer towels that we already had and again at 9 am for a cleaning when we were only staying one night and checkout was at 11 am.

Not the worst,but the door had a quarter inch crack at the bottom letting a draft in all night.

Clean, comfortable, great area

Very well maintained. Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. My only issue was that i had booked two rooms and requested adjoining rooms. They were beside each other, but not adjoining.

Overall great stay! We love the view too!!

Quiet, cleqn, good breakfast options, good parking, easily walkable to restaurants

Wi-fi not working. Room smelled musty. Rugs filthy. Bathroom floor filthy. Was put in a 1st floor room surrounded by extremely noisy and inconsiderate construction workers and had to turn tv on with volume up loud just to drown out noise outside until after midnight!!! Breakfast terrible, rubbery eggs, rotten oranges. I would never stay at this establishment again!

Room gave an uncomfortable feeling: 1 light was out, Wi-Fi was not accessible due to WiFi signal not getting to my room, something gross was in the refrigerator (not cleaned), tile floor was not completely cleaned (saw red residue on it), tissues were not replaced, and I could hear the next room TV.

Helpful staff

Nice location near the center of downtown. Within walking distance of downtown Blairsville and all shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my balcony view of the highway. No gym or fitness facility was a downside, but I knew this beforehand.

Nice, comfy rooms!

Pool was very clean. Night stand fell out of the wall and almost landed on my foot. I had to prop it up against the wall. they changed our room to another room, which had water leaking all over the floor from the ceiling above very unsafe. we were told we were going to get a refund.

Hotel front desk manager was amazing! She checked all of our rooms in quickly and efficiently.

Everything was great except they really need to put a weatherstrip under doorway - gap was large - I had to roll a towel up to put next to door - didn’t want critters

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Even though it's an older property, it was very clean and quiet.

It was a nice place to stay with my 2 kids. Very close to restaurants and wasn’t too loud around us. Just wish they would’ve mentioned the pool was under maintenance when we checked in instead of having me get 2 kids ready to swim and gather floats and towels to head to the pool just to turn around and go back to the room. Not a fun task to do with 2 littles alone. And then we had no towels so we had to go get some and wait 15 mins for them to give us some. Front desk staff was very friendly each time we went in.

Property was easy to find and close to the places we were going.

Hotel claims to be non-smoking and yet guests frequently sat on bench immediately outside their room and smoked. Truist’s old was that the other window unit air conditioners pull the smoke into the other rooms. Night staff did nothing about it. Local teenagers shot off fireworks in the parking lot near where guests were parked. Incident was reported. Night staff did nothing about it. Window unit air conditioners were old and completely inadequate to adequately cool the room.

Props for cleanliness and staff. However, comfort was an issue. The bed sheets and towels clearly had not been treated with softener .. they were super scratchy. The beds were okay, but not super comfortable. The shower had almost NO pressure.

Had no tv but room was suppose to have one we opted to not change rooms so were told we would receive a discount but did not get one when we checked out.

Staff was exceptional, extremely clean updated rooms and building. The breakfast served was very fresh and hot with a huge selection of about 10 items. Five Stars
