The hotel was nice and my room was clean. Everything worked in the room. The bathroom was clean, great towels, shower and amenities. Even the stopper in the sink worked and the sink held water ( only 1 in 10 hotel bathrooms are that way!)

The location is great for a tournament being attached to the convention center. For the price, the hotel was average at best.

Billing for this stay has been a nightmare.
The stay was incorrectly billed 3 times, placing a large sum of money on hold in my bank account causing immeasurable cash flow concerns for me.
To date I still have a hold for nearly $600 on my account in addition to the balance paid for my two night stay.

Liked the staff. Liked my room. Tv only worked some of the time however. Water and snacks too expensive! We had one complimentary water in our room for two people. Why not two? Why not four? Not enough breakfast options. Liked Bills Burgers and Bar.

I was disappointed that they didn't have a swimming pool, even though Google said they did. Checking in at first was very disheartening with one of their staff members, however when I received assurance from another staff member, checking in was a breeze.

Got an executive suite. Obviously the room was recently renovated. Everything was in great condition and the bed was so comfortable.

I had an awful experience with Expedia and this hotel. For the for days I was at the property I was charged twice. I spoke with three different managers and no one would rectify the situation.

This property is way overdue for a remodel. Standards seemed to slide during covid and haven’t rebounded. The restaurant in the hotel is nothing special but on the positive side there is a Starbucks and it has been cleaned up since the last time we were there.

The lobby was nice and the bar was clean but drinks were a bit expensive but welcome to the new world controlled by democrats

The service was ok but rather impersonal. The room was very dusty and seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while. Upon my arrival in the room, I observed an open bar of soap in the soap dish on the bathroom sink that appeared to have been used.
Location is convenient for city events and restaurants.

Great location! When we arrived there was no parking available so by the time we parked next door and thwn waited a VERY long time for checkbin, it took an hor from arrival to being in our room.
For the price, I was disappointed there was no pool, no included breakfast, not even a microwave in the rooms.
I would stay again because of the convenience of the location but it was definitely not ehat I expected from a Westin

Our room was not ready until 8pm! We know it was super busy with Taylor Swift in town, but we paid a very expensive rate, and expected our rooms to be ready no later than 5pm. An 8pm check in time is not acceptable, no discounts, complimentary food or beverage was offered for this very large inconvenience.

Taylor Swift weekend- couldn’t park even though said parking was available. Sold their spots to make money instead of valet available. Couldn’t use Bonvoy as wasn’t working AND took over 2 hours to check in and many rooms not ready. The hotel SHOULD HAVE prepared as Pittsburgh had been talking about it for MONTHS. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The hotel was more than amazing and accommodating to the people staying for the Taylor Swift concert. They dedicated all of the ballrooms and conference rooms as a space to get ready before check in was available. Very thoughtful on their part.

Good location. Hotel had all the amenities including restaurants. Only feedback was the parking charges were quite high but other than that the everything was excellent.

Great Stay with Wonderful Staff. The downtown area has been changed by COVID which does limit patrons comfortability to explore.
There was also a lot of construction; although neither of these are the result of the hotel.

Great location with easy access to the Lawrence Convention Center, the Strip district, and the Cultural district downtown. Everything you could want for a food option is within walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms where old and for $600 honestly expected the rooms to be premium. Rooms where average for a place that charges $120 per night, not $600 per night.

We had one night stay at the Westin. The hotel was clean, there is a big/convenient bar on the ground floor. Convenient self parking underneath the hotel. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice restaurants and bars all within safe walking distance of 1 -2 blocks if that is all the farther you want to go by foot.

The hotel lobby was very nice. The room was a bit outdated for the amount we paid.

I like it was close to the river and the place I needed to work. It was not far from places to shop like Target, DG, and restaurants. I really like the gym as well. It was nice hotel, but it was expensive to eat breakfast, lunch, and any snacks were crazy expensive.
